Lenovo tab 2 a10-70 - Dolby Atmos problems.
Lenovo tablet tab 2 A10-70f
Absolutely great tablet, picture quality excellent and battery life and, until recently, terrific Dolby Atmos sound. But since lenovo suggested an update to Marshmallow the Dolby app has just stopped working. What I have now is a very poor sound quality partularly when using Skype. Lenovo forums are all saying the same but no cure seems to work. Is anyone out there having a similar problem - and have you solved it? Can I suggest you don't upgrade your lenovo tablet to 5.0.1.

The Dolby Atmos app was preloaded on the tablet - it is a big selling point for this particular tablet and the reason I chose it over others. Lenovo recommended the software update but don't seem interested in solving this issue with the sound app.

Have you checked for more updates? I have a Yoga 2 (android) and have had problems whatsoever after updating. Perhaps try a fresh install, and update then.
