Anyone want to make a guess on how long after the match it will be before someone says England could have beaten France? I guess 5 seconds.

In all fairness the entire defence is on a yellow card, they are all too worried about missing the semi.

Well, maybe they will have drunk too much.

That would be the only reason anyone could come up with your scenario.

Spot on, they look really careful at the moment, wonder if that might change towards the end of the match

i don't buy that at all.... this lot would bleed for the shirt & happily take another yellow if it got their country through.

First goal got caught flat which can happen, second goal was simply a great cross into the box met a guy who can rise above the defence and actually head the ball.

The opposition they faced the other day, couldn't do the same.

They might even pick it up soon with being out a guarantee if they don't.

Yeah, but when you will miss an even more important game it is hard not to show caution.

Portugal are not through yet, they didn't win a single match in the group stage and they depend too much on a single player, Wales are in with a decent chance, I think

Portugal look like they're on one of those runs where they'll scrape right through though.

And you just know Germany will get through. A Germany Wales final is more likely.
