Welsh need their own chant
At end of Belgium game Bale and co stood on pitch in front of fans doing the Iceland chant. Hope they don't keep doing this as it was unique to Iceland big Wales. Would love them to win whole thing but dong do this

Wales have plenty of our own chants, thankyou very much; Men of Harlech, Hymns & Arias, Calon Lan, Too Good To Be True, Zombie Nation, Just Can't Get Enough...... The Iceland chant was done spontaneously very much as a tribute and in admiration of what Iceland had achieved. It won't catch on.

I believe it should be called the Motherwell chant!

Plagiarism is the best form of compliment etc!
To be fair, Wales fans (I am one) have a huge variety of songs and chants of their own from 'Calon Lan' to 'Ain't nobody like Joe Ledley.' It's a bit of a cliche but the one thing we're not short of on this side of the border is songs and impromptu choirs! |
