Does anyone here like Enigma?
I checked 2 albums over the weekend and i quite like some of it.
My favourite tracks at the moment are Gravity of love and Out from the deep

I used to like them when they first released stuff- "Rivers of Belief" was my favourite
Enigma song.

I was a bit surprised they were so commerically successful- a ambient
song about the Marquis De Sade doesn't have "hit" stamped all over it, does it?

Not a massive fan, but still love Return to Innocence to this very day.

I've only heard the albums The screen behind the mirror and The cross of changes.

The debut one is the one where the main public was lyrical about, the one with Sadeness, still have to listen to that one

I have most of their albums on my iPod, they are fab to listen to when I do university work or during revision. Takes me to another place.

I love Return to Innocence, one of my favourite tracks.

In the same ilk, listen to Praise or Adiemus if you like Enigma.

I do like Enigma...although I haven't got round to listening to the last couple of albums.

Favourite track probably 'The Child In Us'.

Yes, studied and relaxed to the first album MCMXC a.D. at uni. when it was released and still enjoy it occasionally. I must check out the more recent albums.

The solo albums (especially the 1980s ones) by the Enigma lead vocalist Sandra Cretu are pop heaven.

Return to Innocence is a wonderful song that i still cherish.

Come on - who doesn't like that song? (And I'm not a big fan of that genre of music.)

I do! Very much in the same style. I'd add Delirium and Sacred Spirit to the list too.

Got all of the albums. The music can take me to another place. Dream of the dolphin, Silence must be heard, Morphing thru time....some of my faves.

Yes, Cretu's wife ,sandra did some great 80s pop too.... Secret land, Maria Magdelena ,Around my heart..love it.


Apparently a new Enigma album coming out soon, can't wait !
