Even though Georgia has become close with them. They're Giovannis friends first so I'd think they'd side with him. I still can't believe his has happened or was only 3 days ago he was her favourite person and now he's wiped all pics of her. Georgia is clearly taking this hard. She practically moved to London for him. I hope he realises before it's too late.

I think Gio is a proud stubborn Italian and culture differences add to all this. Jo and Janette are his friends but at least they are sensible. Georgia doesn't go to the right people for advice. I would have thought her mum and sister would intervene more as they can see (as we can) what Gio has given Georgia. He gives her love, confidence and protection. She didn't have this when she was with LSM and in Manchester. Her Manchester friends are party people and to me represent who she was but not who she can be.

Me too!!! They both need to give their heads a wobble!! Something must have happened behind the scenes because I fail to see why on earth they would walk away from something that seemed so special on the outside!!


Oh bless her!! I hope they are still texting and talking etc! Surely after seeing tweets like this Gio would want to make sure she is alright!

I know nothing about Italian men lol but Georgia isn't making the right choice. Instead of showing him what he's missing by showing off. She should be doing the opposite. They need better communication and not trying to get attention or a reaction online. And the sad tweets aren't helping. Georgia is free to do whatever she wants but I wish someone would tell her to stop putting her feelings online. They are both old enough to sit down and front their problems not deleting pics and posting broken hearted tweets.

I'm the oldest of 3 and they are both the youngest in their families, so I think they are both a bit spoiled and pampered. They are probably used to getting their own way but in a relationship you have to compromise. I don't know who out of the 2 is prepared to make that first move. So in that case someone else needs to intervene. I can't believe how wrong it's gone in just a few days!

Well after saying I am getting far too involved in this and vowing to stay away from the GG saga, I just can't help but still want to know what the hell is going on!!




This is so hard trying to read between the lines and understand what is going on in both of GG 's minds!!
On the one hand Gio is deleting everything about Geo on insta which suggests he is done but the fact he has kept things on facebook and twitter may simply mean that he wants his insta to remain "strictly professional" .
Again what do I know, but I still thinks he loves her and has only deleted the pics because he wants the account to remain professional or because he is angry/upset about something like Sandy suggested. If that was the main account he used to declare love for Georgia he may feel he couldn't keep the pics on thereafter an official statement was made. I also think he wants to keep it all private, not because he doesn't still care about her but because of the negative media intrusion which he doesn't need at the moment. Oh I am so confused.

If only they had not released that statement. Arghhhh!!




Now this tweet is interesting!
As I said yesterday the vibe I get from Georgia is that she doesn't want it to be over. Obviously I don't know this as fact but she is liking tweets of people saying they thought GG were perfect together. She replied to someone who said they thought they were perfect for each other with "so did I" and a crying emoj next to it. She has now tweeted this saying her night out dancing did not help her broken heart

In my mind it's as though she is trying to reach out to Gio to ask him not to let her go. I don't know if they are communicating at the moment. If they are not, then this is her way of trying to tell him she still wants to be in that relationship and that there is hope.

I just wish I knew what was going on in Gio's head. If he really is done then fair enough we can't tell him how to feel but I still have hope - if only they could talk to each other properly!

I am hoping that Georgia hasn't moved all of her stuff out of the house yet and she can return there while he is in and they can try to sort this out face to face. Maybe after a few days apart they may feel they can do this. Or am I clutching at straws???

I think it's all up to Gio. Has he missed her while she's been away and does he want to try to make it work. We know that he can easily ignore social media and doesn't care what anyone else says. In his mind and heart it may be over for him already 😢

Surely they will get back together

Surely she can't have moved her stuff out already and won't she have meetings, singing and dancing lessons still down in London so hopefully she has to return. I think it would be a step back in her life if she moves back to Manchester. maybe gio will get a dance partner who is not based in London and not be there himself.

Jen I really hope so as well. They've made a life together in London and maybe all the changes to come have unsettled them. Keeping everything crossed that they are talking.

I think emotionally he seems a lot stronger than she does and maybe he is the type that once he has made his mind up that is it and no going back hence deletion of pictures etc.

Pam you are definitely right. Although they are the same age he is much more independent and confident. I just hope he thinks about all the good times they have had together and if his life better with or without Georgia. As we always point out he seems so much happier when Georgia is with him at dance events and strictly do's.

Pam. I did think the other day that maybe Gio had been asked to return to Manchester. If he agreed then that may have been a reason for the latest turn of events but again I am only speculating.
Maybe Georgia will be the one to stay in the house and he goes to Manchester but to be honest she will rarely be there due to her touring commitments. That would be ironic wouldn't it??!!

Jammy, I don't understand - what was deleted of yours yesterday? The tweet you sent to them both? Can other people delete your tweets? Or was it the comment you put on Instagram (the same message wasn't it?) - in which case, if that's been deleted from her Instagram - is she deleting comments/messages too? I know he deleted comments but hadn't realised she was too? Or am I just confused?

Wicks yes it was my Instagram message she deleted but not my tweet. Luckily I've got different names on both. I'm still hoping Jo or Janette read my tweet asking them to advise GG.

Pam I agree. He is sticking to what was said in the statement and focusing on his work commitments. Strictly is four months of intense media spotlight as it is, without all this added in. I will eat NDD's hat if he does a kiss and tell, and I don't think he will post social media messages that betray negative emotions either. Without knowing anything much about his personal life before Strictly, I think he is more used to being single than Georgia is.

I wish Georgia would take advice to keep this off social media now. She is sending out very mixed messages that will probably only push Gio further away. I know it's easier said than done but she needs to focus on her work and do her healing in private. I hope they are talking too but perhaps some space is needed before that can happen. Feel for them both and hope it all works out for the best x

I wouldn't have thought that would be a problem for Georgia as on her time off she could have seen her family as well as him in Manchester and we know how close she is with her family.

There is obviously something that has triggered all this or gio maybe just doesn't feel the same it was always her in tweets talking about the future he just seemed to want to live in the moment and maybe that moment is over for him now. It doesn't mean he doesn't still care about her but maybe not the same way.

I'd love to think that his liking of Janette's tweet about Queen Victoria (she quoted the line from the TV programme last night 'it doesn't matter how short you are, you are every inch a Queen') was pointed in some way - but I think that would be clutching at straws in the extreme, even by my standards! I think he was just liking Janette's assessment of herself, I'm afraid

Yes Pam, I suspect that for him now, whether he instigated it or not, it's done. I hope that's wrong but deleting the pictures and messages from people telling him to fight for her suggests that. But it could just be hurt pride and maybe just someone, needs to make a move to communicate - and I think that's most likely to be her. I hope that one of them is able to get over hurt pride and feelings enough to open the lines of communication (if they aren't already open that is) - at least so they can both be sure it's what they want. And if it is, so be it, but it would be a shame if not

I have been thinking about this (rather too much) and although I initially thought it was work related nowI can't help coming to the conclusion that it was Gio who ended it. Whether he told her several days ago and Georgia's "favourite human being" Insta post was a desperate attempt to keep him or whether it all came out in a huge row we will probably never know. I think that if he did end it it must have been tremendously humiliating for Georgia apart from the hurt of losing the man she loves. I think it's hard enough for anyone to be told by a partner that they don't love them any more but especially so for Georgia who in spite of being constantly told how beautiful she is did lack confidence. This is, of course, complete speculation on my part.

Maybe having suffered this humiliation Georgia being Georgia just couldn't help making comments on Twitter and posting that glamorous pic on Insta just to show Gio what he is missing. Maybe she just can't accept that he really doesn't love her any more. But if she is trying to win him back she would do much better to stay off social media, and actually talk to Gio so that at least they can be friends. As I say this is all a totally new experience for her and I think she's finding it very hard to handle. The broken heart tweet was posted at 2am so Georgia may have been a bit drunk after a night out with her cousin. Will she regret it when she wakes up this morning (probably with a hangover) - who knows? I just know it's all a complete mess at the moment!
