I agree with you Humpty, it must be very difficult for her to watch.
I get the imperssion that because she just has such a love for Strictly itself and everything about the show. she will want to try and watch as much as possible of it still, eventhough it will be difficult.

I know - it would be weird enough for her to watch the new series even if they were together! What was the quote about her not being lost? Not seen that. Is she liking photos - is that how we know she's following it all?


Oh no, I really don't want him to be out quickly - that would be terrible. Even at the most basic level - him doing well, means him becoming more known and popular, which means more work offers in the UK. Which I want for him in any event, and would even more so if he and Georgia were ever to be together again (not that I see that happening to be honest). And I don't think that Georgia would want him to be knocked out early either, not really anyway. I honestly don't know who I want him to be paired with. Louise maybe? Yes I agree, Georgia needs to step away from the Strictly photos at the moment and go and do something different.

Perhaps some people are putting their own emotional thoughts and practices onto someone else ,perhaps she saw as a test drive also and can just pick up the pieces easily and maintain a friendship with Gio with little harm done who knows

I can understand her need to see him and how tempting it must be and completely agree with you Sandy about missing him...I just wish she was stronger and I hope she has close ones giving her sound advice. We all know how emtionally attached she was to the show itself and her time on it, let alone in these circumstances where shes revisiting where she met him and having to see him there, having just broken up with him and how shes been reacting recently I just don't think its healthy for her, but I guess shes a big girl and will do what she wants to do.

Hello Ruby, lovely to see you too. Yes, I always thought that Jay was a nice guy, so very sweet. I was just a bit baffled by his huge um...sex appeal, and if I'm really honest didn't think that (holy jive excepted) he was that great a dancer. But hey, fair play to him, the boy did well.

I've liked Aliona since she was paired with Matt and still sometimes watch their Austin Powers jive. I actually think I prefer it to the jive of all jives TBH, but my taste is often questionable, I'm weird like thatlol

Well I guess its only natural to put yourself in that situation yourself and sympathise and I have done that, but my thoughts are mostly based on what we've seen from her in terms of her feelings for Giovanni, her feelings for the show, the emotional side we've seen from her (before the break-up) her reactions, how shes said herself she is feeling and her behavour post break-up, what shes said herself in the past about how miserable she'd be not being part of it etc etc. I think from what we've seen of her throughout SCD and with Giovanni its really hard to imagine it not being upsetting for her to watch under these circumstances. Theres always a chance her personality has changed from what we've seen of her and shes sitting back with a hot chocolate enjoying the show with not a care in the world. Doubt it though.

She isn't really a big girl though is she - she seems very, very young for her age.

I wonder if it was because being a child and then young actor she wasn't sheltered and didn't have the normal emotional rough and tumble that most of us go through in our teens and early 20s.
Also wasn't she with the same boy for years and then almost at once with Sean.
I don't think she has ever been single so it is probably a very new experience and will be quite a sharp learning curve.

Although she has liked pretty much all of the pics from the the strictly account and a couple from other accounts, she hasn't liked any featuring Gio or the pic Gio posted on his account. If I was her I really don't think I could watch it at all but I suppose it's hard not to.

Completely agree with all of that. She was the one finishing it on both occasions too. (not that we know she hasn't finished it this time) but if she hasn't, that will will be a first for her too.

Have you got an account on instgram wicks? You need to have one to see it I think. If you have, go to the strictly page. its not in the postings of pictures, its those litte 'stories' that appear at teh top of a page in a little circle. hope that makes sense
