This is becoming one of my very faves !”
Some days (depending on my mood!) I think I'd probably just about have that down as my favourite dance of theirs. For me that's not just the best Samba I've seen on Strictly (GG have done a fair few best dances for me!) but it's head and shoulders above all the other Sambas! The speed of that, and the technique required to do it - MAGNIFICENT!
I seem to remember having to come to the defence of that Samba quite a few times with people saying that they faffed around at the start but -
a) The speed at which they did that meant that they incorporated as much content as you'd find in any Strictly Samba
b) and perhaps most importantly - though dances on Strictly typically last for 90 seconds, this one actually lasts for longer!
Anyway how people can't recognise the sheer brilliance of that is beyond me. It's a pity we never got to see that whole dance again, though the brilliant Kat managed to find a clip for us - which I'm extremely grateful for!

Yep, every time. No matter how much I've got to do, no matter how soon I've got to be somewhere - watching one of GGs dances invariably leads to watching 10 others (10 times over!).

This is very good for so early on in the competition !
I would so like watch GG dance again - please, please let them do the Xmas Special !”
Very good and undermarked - Craig gave it a 6 if I remember rightly!
I love the disco elements that Gio incorporates into the Latin numbers, fair enough the moves in and out of the lifts weren't seamless - but if I'd dislocated my partner's shoulder 5 times in training I wouldn't exactly be brimming with confidence myself!
And you've managed to give an excellent demonstration of starting a video at a certain point, Sandy - as I tried to explain to NDD a couple of weeks back!

I know, I'm excited to see who you pick out as me!

We know that some lucky posters have got tickets. Wouldn't it be great if we could spot you in the audience when we're watching it on 22nd? To help with this, could we ask anyone from this thread who's in the audience to either
a) wear a Puffa jacket (preferably dark blue) or
b) hold up a photo/flag of a goat
Obviously doing both would make things easier.

Thank you”
Ooh, ooh - can I wear the shiny suit?!!
Actually there might be two problems with that.
a) I'm not going.
b) I don't own a shiny suit...
