Giovanni has clearly decided to keep his social media as work-related as possible. Understandable, given the pressures of the next few months. He has left the Strictly photos with Georgia and a group photo with friends, so she is not 'wiped out'. But he doesn't want a public record of his former romance on there, with feelings laid bare for all to see, and I can respect that. Social media unfollowings are a clear sign (from him at least) that any correspondence between them has to be private and not part of a media feeding frenzy for everybody else.
Interestingly, Sean Ward left the photos of Georgia on his social media hanging around for weeks before deleting them - in a rather spiteful way that gained headlines as I recall. He could have just quietly removed them at the end of the relationship, as Georgia did, but I remember thinking at the time that he left them there so he looked like the 'injured party'. So, you can draw all kinds of conclusions from this, and they may or may not be right.
People handle break ups differently, the same way we grieve differently. The thing I would find unforgivable at this point would be an unsavoury kiss and tell confessional in the tabloids.
So much for taking a step back, I will have to try harder...

Given when Gio deleted the photographs of Georgia it was pretty clear he was very cross and hurt.
We simply don't know any details and probably never will so I guess the time has come to just accept they are no longer a couple and let them get on with it without taking sides.
I still live in hope that they sort themselves out.
I will be cross with him if he doesn't manage to act appropriately in the Launch Show that was recorded yesterday- especially as a lot of people out there will be very critical of him which is more than likely totally undeserved.
But he will have his 'show face' on so I must accept that.
Georgia will get a lot of criticism if she is seen with another guy in the near future - so I hope she resists all offers however tempting for a time.
Although I can quite see the delight in showing your ex that you are very much desired by one and all - I hope she doesn't.
Anyway back to supporting both as I have my own ideas about what went on which very oddly collaw spelled out too late last night - neither are really to blame, just really bad timing, circumstances, career ambition and a lot of hurt male pride.

Periscope that she was very keen to go to Sicily and was begging Gio for them both to go there? I am sure they could have squeezed in a week there before Georgia started in Trollied.
