Lucrezia Lukry Derosa who makes Gio's dance clothes. (she posted the photo on Rosalba's Facebook)
I presume they belong to Angela's Dance Studio.

Lucrezia Lurky Derosa seems to have been responsible for the costumes for a lot of the competitors including the children - presumably she has a huge workshop !
