This is what worries me Flora - what she has made of all our discussions about their romance I can't begin to imagine.
I comfort myself by thinking she probably just thinks it is very, very funny ![]() To be fair she has said that she likes it and she has got pleasure out of the photos people post. People on here are her most loyal fans, they support her and Gio at every turn in real life and on social media.. It must be nice to have such a lovely friendly place to come and read nice things about yourself and how well people think of you. She must appreciate that she has some of the nicest fans around and that she attracts a loyal fan base even In those who would not dabble in such triviality ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

A shiny, brand new thread for us guys!!
Our first thread lasted for precisely 200 days. Whereas part 2 lasted for only 86 days! ![]() Quote:
Hope everyone doesn't mind but I asked the Mod's to split the thread whilst it was quiet. I love that everyone is 'moving in' favourite posts and photo's.
Interesting that in just over an hour there has been 14 posts but 175 views, it just goes to show! Edit - didnt think for a minute that they'd do it so quickly!!! ![]() Quote:
Oooh! Just realised that Gio's been sitting on the kitchen table all day after having been popped through the letterbox early this morning. What a treat! Great photos (and a nice interview with Katie).
I hope that Gio realises that he is rapidly approaching British National Treasure status! Quote:
Rumored Tom Daley might take part this year , now he is young well built , but could you vote for him as he leans the other way is he less appealing , myself can't stand the smile seems like the old fashioned strictly smile painted on

I have just found this old photo from the end of GG's samba. Another lovely affectionate hug ![]() https://www.instagram.com/p/9zqPSEJ8...iovannipernice You know a while ago I said that I know these two could not be joined at the hip and they have to spend time apart? Well I have changed my mind. I do want them joined at the hip!! ![]() Does anyone know a good orthopaedic surgeon who can do the operation? Quote:

Amazing, 54 posts, 1200 odd views. And, I don't think that counts multiple views from the same poster on the same day.
Edit: Though I may have got this wrong - just been experimenting opening the thread and seeing how it affects the count. Brighton isn't on the official tour dates on the website. Is ita new addition? Hopefully some of those weeks off mid-tour won't be eaten up. Having said that a few of those dates are very convenient for London and I and see a couple of 2 day weekends in there! |

Funnily enough I've seen posters for it around here but with Pixie (advertising the London dates). So really delighted Georgia is doing the Brighton ones! I just booked my tickets now as they can go quite fast
![]() She only has one left now after the first two weeks. At least Brighton is reasonably close to London

I would very much hope that the way he "leans" would have no bearing on whether anyone would vote for him or not, in this day and age!

I was thinking back in the 70's we would have set up a fan club. We would have paid our subs to Sandy. Star would have sent us a magazine once a month and NDD's copy would have got lost in the post!
Brian would have done the back page quiz and we would have had a lovely Grimsby review from Claire to look forward to.![]() ![]() Quote:

Completely random aside - I happened to click through to Oti's twitter after her and Gio's twitter conversation about the football and she's just told a lovely story on it, about how a random good deed helped get her her dream job. She helped an English man who was staying in Germany order his dinner as he didn't speak German. And she saw him the next morning at breakfast in her hotel and helped him again and checked he was ok getting around Germany etc. She got chatting to him and it turned out that he works for BBC Worldwide (the commercial arm of the BBC) - and subsequently (presumably after him alerting them to her) the producers contacted her a few months later to see if she would be interested in taking part in Strictly. Her moral of the story - just be nice! Good for her.

She still does the German Strictly I think - it must be scheduled earlier in the year ! |

![]() Actually a bit jealous all these years later! I'd love it if one of them did Strictly, now that's a boy band member I would approve of...or more accurately, have heard of! |

Julian Clary was one of my big faves on Strictly - years ago he used to perform on the comedy circuit as the 'Joan Collins Fan Club' - he used to appear with a really sad looking dog called 'Fanny the Wonder Dog' - the dog used to sit on a stool and ignore him totally - we used to see him often at the Hackney Empire ! So funny but very, very risque ... I loved watching him dance and wanted him to win. According to his fan club downstairs Gleb is sincere, honest and everything that is remarkable - as I have often said he left me cold. I found the rampant crab really, really embarrassing and vulgar. Poor Anita looked like she was pulled through a hedge backwards. This is not what I enjoy watching on Strictly. You wouldn't get Matthew Cutler doing a move like that ! Hope your daughter in law is on the mend - my daughter's friend fell over a tree on Chiswick High Road and broke her leg in two places last week - she was slightly the worse for a great deal of alcohol at the time - everyone seems to keep breaking things lately. |
