Sorry Brian don't mean to be rude but as a Tory I can't sit by and let you just spout your labour views without a reply, as many others probably do on here as I don't want to upset you but you should remember that not everyone thinks like you and like me may find your views offensive, especially to say the Tories have had one disaster after another in the past 12 months, how unfair ,we have a strong country under the Tories and I for one am not ashamed to say I voted to Exit europe and my only regret is we have lost a very good PM because of it
The Labour Party are in a dire position because they have a dreadful leader and if they don't change him soon will never be a credible opposition to the Tories and we need competition in all walks of life, and calling the Tories names will never win an election

Me too! I'm completely devastated. And that isn't a dig at one political party (though I could go off all night on that one!).

On a lighter note - star and Brian - my reactions to both those two pictures were pretty interchangeable! They seem to have that effect!

The Country is in a mess ... but this is probably not the place to debate that any further or we will be dangerously off topic !
It does seem for a variety of reasons the slight majority voted for Brexit - although no one knows what that means exactly - so lets hope your Mrs May can solve all the problems !

Back on topic - I wonder if Georgia is on her way to Bristol this week !
She must have a recurring role in 'Trollied' or one very big feature episode because she has already been on the set for 9ish days.

Having accepted the role in BAT so early on she rather scuppered her chances for getting other work, so this has come along at just the right time.
I don't think GG are going to enjoy the separations they will experience this Autumn ... I think in the best of all words Gio would like her with him at all times.

Ok since today seems to be a day for speaking our minds & it was my throwaway comment that started this debate I'm hust going to add a little comment here which will no doubt go down as well as a fart at a dinner party but when Dee talks about the 'legacy of Diana' which has allowed Kate & William to marry, yes I agree, vut by that same yardstick surely it is the self same legacy that has allowed Charles to finally marry the woman he should have been allowed to marry 3 decades earlier!!
Sandy & Penny, you call him all the names under the sun & blame him for the marriage to Diana but, looking back he really couldn't have made it any more plain at the time that it wasn't what he wanted & he was being forced into it by 'royal traditions!!'

Regarding Diana herself, when I say I wasn't even particularly a fan (my exact words I think) I certainly didn't mean I don't think she had anything going for her: she was a brilliant Mum to those two boys ( though to be fair somebody did a remarkable job of carrying on her good work after her death, judging by how well adjusted they appear after that trauma in their lives!!) I believe she had also finally found her niche in life with her charity work too!! My reasons for not being her biggest fan were mainly connected to THAT book, & the time leading up to it but I'm not going to start debating all that as it would only degenerate into a royalist/anti royalist argument & that's not what this thread is about!!
The saddest thing about her death to me was that it happened when she finally seemed to have found some happiness & stability in her life!!

Yes, I understood what you said and was indeed agreeing with your point that it often needs a woman to sort out a mess - I didn't suggest otherwise.

I would guess at a reoccurring, decent sized role going purely by the fact that she missed a whole week and a day but then went in. Big night out Sunday may mean that she wasn't needed first thing Monday. I did wonder about her changing her hair colour meaning that she's finished but it isn't that big a change so is probably fine continuity wise.

I've also wondered if BaT scuppered other jobs that may have come up. It must be tricky to know what exactly to do. Do you take a chance wait and see what else pops up or take the job in front of you and work around it??? Perils of freelance/self employment I suppose!

I think that when light reflects off the side of the NAER mark two, that it can look like there's two rings when in fact there's only one. Not sure what picture Pennybel was referring to though.

Well *clears throat* my expert opinion is essentially dependent on the status of the not-an-engagement ring, more specifically whether it could be a not a not-an-engagement ring. Thus, we could be seeing two not-an-engagement rings, one engagement and one not an engagement ring or perhaps two engagement rings (though that would be rather excessive!).
