I seem to have totally baffled everyone with my comments but I know what I meant when I wrote them even if it didn't come across right in print & they were made from a good place regarding Georgia & I certainly didn't intend anyone to think that I was blaming her in any way shape or form for what other people write about her! My comments stemmed solely from reactions in the Lavanni thread (by people who until recently have been posters on this thread, if not regulars) which I have since taken Claire's advice & stopped reading completely!!

I see Georgia has just liked a picture on Instagram of Jo at the Inside Soap awards last night so hopefully things are OK between them. I had to laugh at the caption that Jo gave the photo - "Does my bum look big in this?" The answer is, er, yes - but she still looks lovely!

I don't know if Danny has the same sort of fan club that boy band members have - but the way things are shaping up it looks like he is probably going to win.
Louise is a great dancer too but I am not sure she will be so popular with the public.
Rinder is though so he could well be the dark horse.

Luckily this year I won't mind as much - I love Daisy and Ed but absolutely nothing like I loved Georgia so I will just enjoy the dancing whatever happens.

With another hat on I could say that the amount of publicity Georgia and therefore BAT is getting is quite amazing.

I'm not quite getting the same 'winning vibe' from Danny yet that I had at this stage last year with Jay, even though he has started far better as a dancer!!
I think he comes across maybe a tad less humble than he's trying to be (though nowhere near as bad as Mr Andre last year) whereas Jay just had that kind of natural air of being amazed by how popular he was which everyone picked up on & loved, even me early on if I'm honest, though I knew from the start who I was supporting!!

You are right Sandy , the publicity is never ending at the mo , whether it is good or bad, not sure the jury's out on that one ! Probably balanced at the mo though, as you say the amount of publicity both strictly and BATS are getting is amazing ! I suppose if/when Laura gets knocked out it may calm down ! Who knows.

Never thought I'd say it but "Go Ed" and would love to see them make Blackpool! Great teaching by Katya. I hope all the new pros make the latter stages and think definitely Oksana and AJ could well be finalists. Loving Gorka too and he would be a fantastic partner for Georgia if she ever did do the Xmas special.

Just caught up with Georgia's interview and I am happy to read she would like to balance theatre work with TV so hope some more theatre roles are coming her way.
