This must be a favourite pic of Gio's as he's now posted on his Instagram

https://instagram.com/p/BL8-5jdjDkS/

Lots of likes already but he is a very good looking man!
I seem to remember that caused a lot of thuds the first time some people saw it !

That one shoot with that good photographer produced lots of great shots - wasn't it Stewie Sinclair's Daddy ?

Lady Lavender can I just ask , are you in anyway connected to the show as you do seem to be well informed and have a lot of knowledge or are your comments purely you own thoughts ? Just interested ! 😀
Absolutely no connection.

LOZ and STAR have you come down off Cloud 9 yet?? - think I know the answer to that!
No, Patti, I haven't lol

Good afternoon!

Apologies in advance for this starting off slightly OT! I speak as someone who is essentially not 'into' films, but a few days back I saw a firm entitled 'I Daniel Blake' which I genuinely recommend people seeing. Essentially it is a damning indictment of the benefits system that exists in modern Britain, the bureaucracy involved, and the disgusting classification of those who need benefits as 'shirkers' and 'scroungers'. In fairness, there is little in the film that is unexpected, but it really does bring home to you the utterly hideous lives of people who have very little or no income.

Perhaps what I actually admire most in Georgia is that she is absolutely grounded, her down to earth nature, and a real appreciation of all the 'good' things she has going for her. Only yesterday we had an Instagram post with a hashtag 'living the dream', whenever it's a family or friends birthday she'll write about them all in such absolutely glowing terms, generally saying how lucky she feels to have them in her life. Then you have the tremendous love and affection she shows for her fans (one small example being her meeting Star and Loz at the weekend, and not only that but sending a beautiful message over social media that day). And I remember her whole time during Strictly, right until the end she was saying how she couldn't even believe she was on the show, always stressing how much of a privilege it was for her to appear on it, and in every interview I've heard her give about Strictly she describes it as the 'best show ever'. All those things are examples of her grounded attitude, a total awareness of the world around her and a realization of the many 'good' things she has in life - I'm always very skeptical about the use of the word 'role model' but, in my view, it most definitely applies to Georgia.

As I say, I always remember in one of the interviews prior to the Strictly final last year when the celebrities were being asked to describe how it felt to be there, and Georgia said that it felt like a privilege. I always feel rather disappointed when I do see comments such as those from Laura a few weeks back in which she said that she felt her experience of Strictly had been 'spoilt' before it had started because of some tabloid articles created and some tweets sent to her. I think it's a huge shame for that she feels that her experience has been 'spoilt', so many people across the country would just absolutely love to be given the chance to be taught how to dance and to be able to appear in the show, and I should imagine that a great majority more people would be extremely grateful for the 50,000 pounds on average that you get from the show! By no means am I saying that celebs should feel as if they shouldn't share their feelings with people, as I say it's a genuine shame for her if she feels her experience has been 'spoilt' before it's started. But I think Georgia's attitude is extremely commendable, she had many tabloid stories written about her during the series, but always took the time to make clear how lucky and privileged she felt to be on the programme.
*Round of applause*

Couldn't agree more, Brian

Georgia's hair looks gorgeous! So much easier now she's got a hairdresser in London

Yes the photographer is Joseph Sinclair who's Stewie's Daddy! I love all of Stewie's photo's with both Georgia and Gio. I have to say as beautiful as both GG are they can't outshine Stewie for cuteness

Can I just say I know this is very immature but I have actually been watching the gif of "that Ed Balls lift" on repeat and the more I watch it the more hilarious it is
Pure comedy gold.
Katya deserves a medal in my eyes and dealt with it all brilliantly.
What the heck I am going to post it. Well it is about dancing

Thank you Jenster . I love GIFs. This one of the Ed Balls lift is hilarious. I really like Mrs Kat Jones. Several medals deserved - one for each dance! Alicia👍😄💃x

I see the model 'the joyful Rachel' has left a comment on Gio's latest instragram that 'he's such a hottie! Xx

That's at least her second comment so that should make Gio happy! Nice that both GG are getting plenty of attention. George is liking all of Georgia's pics 😊

I noticed Gio was liking pictures again last night - I think he might have gone blind since his split with Georgia

As for Georgia, nothing wrong with her eye sight, judging by the photo of George that she liked

Little snapchat of Georgia and Janette. Out eating sushi. Georgia says she can't use chop sticks but she is doing very well. she thinks her skills with chopsticks are possibly hampered by their mai tai cocktails. She jokes to Janette ,who is looking at her phone, that Janette isn't very social. Janette replys that Georgia shouldn't say that as everyone will believe her. They have a laugh and are clearly enjoying each other's company. Georgia and Janette look beautiful. Aliciax☀️

Sometimes with the ladies liked by Gio I wonder if he should have gone to Spec Savers! Only joking It's up to Gio who he likes and I think it's fair to say he likes the more dressed up, high maintenance made-up woman Actually some of them have quite a bit of flesh on show!

Well I can't see him stopping any time soon. I guess we'd better set him up an appointment with an ophthalmologist pronto

It does! Hope they have a great night. Me? I'm sat in my pjs watching my soaps

Caught up on Strictly today, though - gutted we've lost Lesley

If Laura's injury is so bad that she couldn't dance on Saturday then surely she won't be able to train or dance this week either? If it's as bad as the papers made out that is!
Gio isn't having much luck this year - after the amazing year with Georgia - I really wish he'd been partnered with Louise (or Anastacia, who was strangely far better with Gorka!)

I totally agree penny there is no comparision at all. Georgia even without any make-up on and hair tied up still looks amazing and her beauty shines out from within.

You can just go to the stage door and meet her, Penny. But I did message her that morning, to say we were coming but a bit nervous in coming to meet her and she put me right at ease

God I really used to fancy Chris Packham when I was a teenager (and he had his spiky white blonde hair!! )

Err, I'm a bit behind on the thread - but correct me if I'm wrong - am I right in thinking that we've heard from lozzer and star about their encounter with Georgia, but not about the play itself yet??!! Looking forward to your reports ladies! (Sorry if I've missed any of them). Also, have we heard back from from Dee yet?

Georgia's having a drunken night out with Janette
They've left the restaurant on the way to the pub and they're talking about Daisy with the caption on the screen we love you Daisy. Georgia starts singing midnight train to Georgia and her and Janette are trying to convince each other they're not drunk. Then Georgia is saying they've got time for doubles when they get to the pub.

Delighted Star & Lozzer getting to meet Georgia how did it happen did you ask if you could meet her or did stage door Either way sure you will never forget it suggest it. .
Star messaged her the night before and she said to come and say Hi....so because she'd said that we couldn't really chicken out.

We came out of the theatre and walked round to stage door and she was stood in front of us on the street talking to another fan, so we couldn't back out then even if we'd wanted to.

I always remember in the SCD annual Claudia said that Georgia was the most beautiful woman she had ever seen

She really really is just so stunningly beautiful

Good afternoon!

Apologies in advance for this starting off slightly OT! I speak as someone who is essentially not 'into' films, but a few days back I saw a firm entitled 'I Daniel Blake' which I genuinely recommend people seeing. Essentially it is a damning indictment of the benefits system that exists in modern Britain, the bureaucracy involved, and the disgusting classification of those who need benefits as 'shirkers' and 'scroungers'. In fairness, there is little in the film that is unexpected, but it really does bring home to you the utterly hideous lives of people who have very little or no income.

All those things are examples of her grounded attitude, a total awareness of the world around her and a realization of the many 'good' things she has in life - I'm always very skeptical about the use of the word 'role model' but, in my view, it most definitely applies to Georgia.

Brilliant post Brian and I absolutely agree with it!! 🙌🙌 you've definitely named most of the things I love about Georgia! Not many celebs would not only meet lots of fans but also to spend time talking to some of them!! Such a lovely person inside and out!! 😍
