I agree with all of this. Agree with the rest of your post to, but cut it for the sake of making it a smaller reply! We are all going to have different points of view and want to comment on speak about different things. I'm probably different from most in that I don't post about Gio and Laura (not because Gio doesn't post enough on social media for me to comment on) but if I'm being completely honest, I'm simply not interested in Gio and Laura this year (I would add I'm not remotely interested in criticising or judging their partnership either!). I am interested in Georgia and I would hope I'd be able to post my comments about her, without having to fake an interest in Gio and Laura and post about them too for the sake of 'balance'. Just as people should be free to post about Gio or Gio and Laura if that interests them, without feeling the need to have to post about Georgia too, especially if they're not that interested in her. Each to their own, we should be able to comment on what interests us and have no need to comment on that which doesn't, in my opinion anyway

Given the amount of investment in them as a couple, I think it was to be expected that their would be discussion, debate, analysis and opinions on this thread about their break up - its the natural thing to do on here - post your opinion and discuss it even though on hindsight you can see it may end up in disagreements and might be the worst thing you could be doing. But you're so right, its been done to death and I personally see no need for it any more. I just want to add though, that you can't change your own opinion just because your opinion happens to be more popular on the thread - just like what I was saying above of not being able to fake an interest, you can't make yourself hold an opposing view just for the sake of bringing more 'balance' to a thread either. People are going to have their own opinions and if more people are inclined to hold one view over another, thats just the way it goes, I think. But I certainly agree with you that now they are split there's no reason why they should be spoken about in relation to each other. I think reminiscing on past times and dances etc is more than appropriate given its a GG thread, but I do agree there's no reason to associate them together as we speak about them now, I completely agree its better to just focus on them as individuals in their own right and what they're doing now and speak about what interests you.
NDD and strictly awesome You're welcome! (I know it was Ruby you were thanking NDD, but I'm taking the credit

)Sandy if its the same chocolate shop in The Lanes that I'm thinking of, yes its still there. Tasty, but expensive! Hope Georgia enjoys her week in Brighton. The weathers good and its a great place to spend a few days in!
