In terms of the thing itself, I don't think it means anything in fairness! Georgia frequently posts pictures of interesting things she finds on her travels and I don't think this is much different!

George has never liked all Georgia's pictures just the odd one here and there unlike Georgia who likes everyone that he posts.
just seen a snipped saying Daily has split from her boyfriend and of course its he strictly curse strikes again.
Lots of negativity re Gio. Last year I was a Jay/ Aliona so it is easier for me to accept the end of his partnership/relationship with Georgia. Not many Strictly romances last. Once out of the Strictly bubble couple find they don't have as much in common as they thought they did. . I went into Strictly with an open mind this year. Last year I never warmed to Georgia and Giovanni. I do not know why but they just didn't grab me. This year I am loving the Laura/Giovanni partnership. Sorry! They are the couple for me who have the most chemistry on the dance floor. Last year Gio had only just learned English and he was in a new job so it was difficult for him. This year he is much more confident. He looks as if he has made friends with the other pros and he has a much better command of the language. Although things have not gone smoothly for them the stories in the tabloids, being in the bottom two early on and the ankle injury he seems more relaxed. It sounds as if he has had to give Laura a lot of support especially in the dance off and the week of the ankle injury so all credit to him. . I think Laura has a bubbly personality and he looks as if he is having fun too. I like the change in him.

I haven't bothered with ITT this year so keeping out of the personality debate!!
Dance wise I don't see even a fraction of the chemistry he had with Georgia last year yet, though their dances have been competent enough & I enjoyed the week two waltz & last week's Tango!!
That said last year I was felt moved to give all my free votes every week to Team GG, this year I haven't bothered voting much at all but the couple of times I have it's been for Ed, Ore, or last week Danny & Greg!!
Still wishing them well each week, this week's Samba no exception but this year there are partnerships I prefer, whereas last year there was just something amazing & special about the GG partnership for me!!

So pleased I'm not the only one to pick up on the changes in Gio ! I'm loving Danny and Oti too. The more I see him on video clips and on ITT the more I like him ! They genuinely seem to have lots of fun in training and get on well. The video oh him learning the jive move makes me giggle ! Hoping the jive is amazing tonight !

I think you have a very good point about Gio when Strictly finishes ! If he hasn't got a dance partner to do shows with for the rest of the year what will he do ! Modelling perhaps ! 😂😂 ! I think he may be in for a very big shock in more ways than one ! 🤔 But maybe that's what he prefers, but from his actions on Strictly I very much doubt it ! Wonder if he will be back on Strictly next year, I seem to remember Artem found it hard when he split with Kara and ended up going back to US and is now on DWTS ! Also wonder how Brexit will effect him ! We will have to watch this space to see what the future holds for him I suppose !

Hey! You might be right about his improvement in English and growth in confidence being a factor! It's only natural- he's no longer the newbie and he's always being sent very complimentary tweets towards him
we still love him on here Like NDD said- for me Laura and Gio have no way near the chemistry that GG had (just a matter of opinion I guess, would be dull if we all thought the same) however I did feel the chemistry between Laura and Gio properly for the first time during their tango last week! I really enjoyed it and thought they deserved their place on the leaderboard
I always wish them well but I just prefer a few other couples!

This year is completely different and that is why he may "appear" different. The VT's and ITT appearances last year showed his personality a bit more in my opinion and this is may be partly due to Georgia being around him . Also he is an Italiano male and a dance champion - if he doesn't love himself a leetle bit then there is no hope!!

Everything was new for Gio last year and he was a lot more open. We saw loads of different aspects of his character as well as him falling for Georgia. This year he is a lot more media savvy and knows what image he wants to portray. I miss the Gio of last year the cheeky chap dragging Georgia along the floor by her leg, hacked off Gio when he got told off by Len, growling Gio teaching Georgia the paso, love sick Gio asking Aljaz what love is and ecstatic Gio when they got their scores.
Tonight of course I'm looking forward to seeing Gio's samba choreography, Danny's jive, Claudia's paso, Louise's AT, Robert and Ed 😊

Just a tiny point. If he was really love sick at that point would he need to ask what real love is? Listen to the reply Aljaz gives him. He said you just know when someone is the one. I agree with Aljaz.
