Hi Guys. Not been in today as took the crazy 6 year old to see Cats. Oh my goodness she loved it !
I forgot that really its more of a dance show with a few great songs. She was amazed and loved it. Equally she told the lady next to her that she loved Strictly and asked the lady if she knew that Len was leaving. ☺️ |

Fancy getting Claire, Loz, Jen, Delly & any others affected by last night & giving our Kyles a bit of a send off at Giovanni's??
I'm sure Ruby will allow it, after all even an Eastenders watcher must appreciate soap class when they see it (even if it's in shorter supply down there) ![]() Maybe Lewiscan raise a glass too from up there in Scotland!! Also our Georgia!! If you're reading, your former cast mates did us proud last night & we will all miss Kylie/Paula!! Loz will definitely be up for it - me and her have been in mourning all day And watching old Kylie clips in which some contained Georgia (keeping on topic )*Sniggers at your DeadEnders dig* ![]() Quote:

That's so funny !
She told me that her friend Georgia wanted a framed personalised picture of GG for her birthday. (We have recently got her friends lovely personalised pictures of Disney princesses ) Turns out poor Georgia doesn't know who GG are and my crazy daughter just wanted the picture for herself. Thank goodness I checked with her mum! We went for a baking set instead. ![]() And you lot think you are GG nuts! |

Sandy Shit month for European politics wished it was that easy to cheer up , sometimes the interaction on here brings a smile , we all have countdowns going in our head , BAT SCD the definite items , I wonder is the quietness is a reaction to try and stop the speculation on them as a couple so that they can get a lot more peace and behave like any young couple Maybe they just want some 'us' time. They've been very busy the last couple of weeks. 😉 Quote:
Possibly, but I think it is because whatever Georgia was up to this week has to remain a secret at the moment _ an advertising campaign that cannot be revealed until it is launched ?
The Photographer who tweets like mad hasn't said what the shoot was for either. Mind you Georgia likes having secrets - she thinks we don't know where her tattoos are for example - as if !!! Quote:
Just to share with the dog lovers - this is very like my dog !

Sandy what a beautiful dog and I'm sure she loves you. 🐶❤️ I had one who went through three kitchen doors when left - I have the only kitchen door that is lined with white worktop strength formica now ... luckily she only attacked the door you left by so the fancy backdoor was safe ! This one is not destructive but she won't leave me at all - so if my daughter comes round and offers to take her for a walk she won't go and even if I hand the lead to someone else when we all go out she won't move until I am holding the lead. She was found tied up to a fence on a motorway - she had broken ribs and had been kicked in the mouth - no one knows where she came from or how she got injured. She is not frightened of humans at all so I think she somehow got lost and was kicked by a random horse or cow - heaven knows who found her wandering by the motorway and tied her up rather than getting her to a vet ! |

The problem with rescue dogs is that they love you too much afton - they usually have separation anxiety.

can't agree with that
![]() of course, all welcome in Giovanni's Bar and, did you know, we have a cafe here too for those who don't drink, just a shame the Head Waiter is too busy to serve us ![]() I used to watch Corrie then moved to East Enders about 20 years ago and there was a moving episode a few weeks ago at Peggy's funeral when her coffin was carried in a glass hearse pulled by four black, plumed, horses, round the Square and onto the church .... very dramatic, and, apparently, someone's will die on Monday but will it be Paul or Ben ![]() btw, my dance teacher thinks that Matthew wouldn't be interested in taking over from Len as he's too busy with his dance school, which is a shame, as I'd love to see him back on Strictly ![]() ![]() Re Colin Jackson that was well before I started watching Strictly!! Think my first year was when Chris Hollings performed his daylight robbery job on Ricky & Natalie!! |

Sandy. Sadly our miniature Yorkie had a very similar experience to your dog. My brother found her tied to a fence on the motorway and he said you could see her ribs sticking out. He took her home, bathed her and got her to the vet who reckoned she was about 2 and had probably two sets of puppies. Again like your dog, she wouldn't walk with anyone else either, just me. I don't understand how anyone could badly treat a dog but I guess thee are a lot of sick people in the world.
So depressing

Pulls up a seat and hopes I haven't missed the party!!! To kylie/ Paula 🍻 Amazing soap acting last night!! I'm still gutted she's gone though!!! 😥
![]() I was thinking about people leaving soaps and realised that Georgia was supposed to be going to Portugal to live which means at some point she could come back. That might come in handy down the line if she wanted a nice regular job. I haven't watched UK Soaps for years and years but I used to watch Neighbours (a long story but someone who worked with us insisted on putting it on at lunchtime) ... in Neighbours people just suddenly for no apparent reason went off to live or work in Sydney ! This was much less traumatic than all the deaths and killings etc that seem to go on in Corrie and EE. |

As for Georgia, much as I love the girl to bits I wouldn't want to see her back on Corrie for a good long while!! Reason being, her character Katy was never really used a lot on there & also it means she is not getting plenty of work elsewhere!! She has proved already she's worth a lot more than Katy Armstrong & hopefully will go on proving it for years to come!! That said a few cameo appearances to visit Katy's sister, who is still on the show, or the 'wonderful' Chesney, ex lover (HOW, JUST HOW????) & father of her child would be very much appreciated thank you very much!!!!!!!

Oh that show dance was so misjudged - it seemed like a good idea but it just rather ugly, perhaps if the actual dummies had been more attractive it wouldn't have been so bad.
Such a shame because Colin and Erin should have won ! |

The Aussie soaps and ED are far worse for it. As NDD says, a few people have left recently and all left alive. Sadly, the one who hasn't is the ONLY one I cared about ![]() Quote:
It has all got out of hand a bit in their efforts to compete for ratings, though in the two months previous to Kylie's death we have lost two other long term characters, one who went to Devon & one to Thailand so it isn't always doom & gloom!!

If you watch the Aussie soaps (especially Home and Away) then you'll see ridiculous. So many young, healthy people die in freak accidents it's unreal! It loses impact when people die all the time. Starts to get a bit silly. Corrie is usually pretty good when it comes to deaths. They choose them carefully and they have a big impact. The Corrie death/episode was absolutely fantastic and I praise all involved - I just wish it wasn't Kylie who was involved ![]()

Hello everyone.
I was going to say happy sunday but it looks like our Georgia is upset. I am not going to post her tweets but it sounds like some wacko has been sending her upsetting messages. I hope she is ok. Easy for me to say but she must not let these people win! Their aim is to want to see her reaction and get upset and they then think they have achieved their goal. I hope Gio is with her but he may be rehearsing as that's where a few of the strictly dancers appear to be this morning
