Yes, that's Luba (I think they danced together for part of the group dance at the weekend, and she was in a few of the celeb dances too - eg Ore and Jo's). Lots of them smoke don't they! What with his smoking and his daily McDonald's - he's not exactly healthy! Though to be honest, given what Georgia eats, I'm amazed she's so slim (says I, raiding the cupboard for chocolate!!)

Ed seems very supportive of his group and he completely goes for it for the 1 minute 30 seconds. He knows that he is not producing dance to the standard of Danny but he and Katya are such a great team and he makes the case for them returning in a way that acknowledges their situation but praises Katya's teaching, humour and choreography. He continues to show how agile and musical he is and he can be relied upon to make sure Katya is safe in the lift work etc. I really like this couple and look forward to them dancing and wish them well. U tube viewings are really impressive. I ask myself what would Strictly be like with out them? Aliciax

I loved Greg for the same reason I love Ed, because although he knew he wasn't the best he was so bloody determined to get it right for Natalie each week & I found them a rather sweet partnership!! Plus on the dances that needed 'performance' i thought he nailed it nearly every time, just his footwork was maybe a bit under par sometimes!!

I really wouldn't be surprised to see Ed Balls win to be honest. It's the first time I've ever thought that about a so-called "joke" contestant. Ordinarily I'd think that Danny has it in the bag - but I'm just not sure he's as popular as eg Jay, and I think Ed might just tip it.

Much as I love Ed, I have to admit probably 75% of my enthusiasm for the partnership is Katya, I just love her & as I've said before, she's the only thing this year that's come even close to giving me those 'Georgia vibes' i loved so much last year!!

Gio only went back to Sicily for a few days since Xmas so if he does own them he seems to take a very hands off approach - sounds like it is a family business.

I think we can take it he is doing the Strictly Tour - there was a tweet from Danny confirming that he and Oti are dancing together on Tour.
Who do we think Gio will be dancing with ?

I agree about Katya - she is great !

When we saw her paired with Ed we could not have guessed how brilliant she would be - she throws herself into the routines with as much enthusiasm as Ed.

I think he will do the tour regardless but I'm not sure whether he'll have a partner.

Louise will remain with Kevin.
Daisy will remain with Aljaz.

I suspect Claudia is the other female to do the tour and she will remain with AJ - who as its his first year and with no other commitments, (that we know of) will be jumping to do the tour.

Possibly if there's another female but I think there will be more men this year as they've gotten further in the competition.

I think Danny, Ore and Ed will do the tour. And maybe Greg? Rinder might have too many other commitments but who knows?

If there is a spare female Celeb then there's also the possibility of Gorka wanting to tour as well.

I think Joanne is busy so Ore (if doing the tour) will need a new partner - probably Janette as her and Aljaz will want to tour together, or Karen for the same reason (her and Kevin.) But I don't think Natalie tours does she? So Greg (if doing the tour) will need one of them as well.

I wouldn't be surprised if Melvin did the tour - he and Janette are doing the Christmas Strictly.

He may genuinely not know - I guess it depends on who else they confirm. I don't think the full line up is confirmed yet - just Danny, Louise and Daisy. Gorka, AJ, Neil and Gio will all be possibles, depending on who else is signed up - but it will only be 2 of them at most. I wonder if Ed does it, then Katya will obviously, and Neil might then be a spare pro as they could save on hotel rooms! I guess it depends on whether they end up with 4 male celebs and 3 female ones - last year it was the opposite, so they 8th "spare" pro was female.


Funny looking back - there was her and Karen left to be paired up (I think they were the 2 left till last) and from everyone's perspective, Karen got the better deal being paired with Will, leaving Katya with Ed, but look how that turned out.

EDIT - yes, I remember when Georgia first announced RHS it was mentioned that she'd be rehearsing in Cardiff and Italy.

I remember watching the pairings and being gutted that poor Katya - on her very first year - had been lumbered with Ed.

Yes. She's said a few times that she misses dancing or hints towards that anyway. I'm still holding a little bit of hope for the Strictly tour (but I highly doubt that) but more so about her appearing in some of Janette and Aljaz's shows *crosses fingers*
