I know what you mean Jammy!! Following the couple who are bottom of thr leaderboard every week is so much more stress free as you expect them to be in the DO each week & it's a bonus every time they aren't!!

Laura ceased to be relevant to either Gio or this thread the moment they were voted out in that dance off!! FACT!!!!
I'm sure it'll be professional faces all round again in the final dance but I doubt there will be Christmas cards passing between the two of them!!

Georgia has had no choice but to move forward with her life and do what makes her happy. Like someone said on here ages ago, I doubt very much Giovanni is sat at home knitting. He's moved on too but is being very quiet on the matter. Don't know if there are on journalists on here, I'm not one but seriously thinking about a career change as I could have put together a nice article on Giovannis new relationship that the press don't seem to have picked up on. Bet Georgia gets a bashing in the press about this too.

Re Giovanni Until 2 weeks ago he like all the Strictly pros was probably working 7 days a week. He also attended evening events with Laura and the other pros. Not a lot of time for anything else. Fact!!!!

Well exactly Isla, the fact that he's going around flirting with these women by liking their pictures shows he has absolutely no intention whatsoever of sitting around at home! Like said before, I think it's the way he operates, he seems to like to flit around getting from one woman to the next and that's precisely the reason why he would want to keep it quiet, he wants to maintain an image of being single! It's why I believe he was so quick to quash any rumours about him and Luba last weekend - he wants it to be done on the quiet! When does Georgia go to Italy? I've just looked at the Rocky Horror website and it's on in Rome from the 29th Nov to 4th Dec and in Trieste from the 6th to 10th Dec.
It's definitely Trieste she's rehearsing in isn't it? If it is she should have this week off before rehearsals.

Allegedly he was seen in Sheffield. There was some doubt expressed at the time on here whether it was him or a look a like. Was that before or after he left the competition?
Sheffield home of Miss Universe and approx 1,569,000 other people. Just thought I would throw that fact into the mix.

The Director added London after Cardiff in his list of places Georgia was still touring to when BAT was over - whether London was a rest week wasn't clear but it went :
Cardiff, London. Italy . Oxford !
Anyway it does look like Georgia can have a few days off at some point.

Not from me it doesn't, in fact I've barely posted on here in the last few days because I got so sick of the arguments!!
I have absolutely nothing against Laura but if I want to talk about her I will use the Laura/Giovanni thread, not the Georgia/Giovanni one!! That one post was a bit of a lighthearted response to Patch's reply & nothing else!!
My last words on the subject are these!!
Several posters on the Laura/Goovanni thread have, both last year & right up to the Lavanni pairing made a DS career out of making disparaging comments about every single aspect of both Georgia and Giovanni, their relationship, their attitude to Social Media, Gio's suitability as a pro dancer, their personalities, private lives, even where they stood in group photos!!
Any one of us from this thread could have crossed into the Lavanni thread & started pulling chunks out of what they were posting now but, out of respect to the fact it was a Laura/Giovanni appreciation thread & in keeping with DS guidelines on appreciation threads we have held our council (or is it counsel) & happily got on with our own discussions & let the Laura fans get on with their's!!
It would be nice if we could be given the same courtesy on our thread!!

I'm not sure Lozzer but I remember that director tweeting that they would be in Cardiff then London then Trieste then Oxford. Maybe she is doing some rehearsing in London before flying to Italy?

Great clip Jenster! I'm so gutted I'm away for the 3 weeks Georgia is in Oxford, as it's my home town. If only she was playing an extra week!
The coach station is only a few minutes walk to the New Theatre. There's tons of restaurant chains in George Street including GBK, Zilli's, Byron, Ask, Nando's etc. The train station is a longer walk to the New Theatre probably more like 10-15 minutes. Any one going have a fab time X
