I tried all night on land line and didn't manage to vote once .really disgusted with the judges as the dance they judge is the dance off however Danny slipped and nearly dropped Oti but they still put him through.
I have never had any time for James Jordan but he said and I agree Claudia had to go as she is not doing the tour. I wont be voting for and of the three whoa remain think it is such a sham. r.

I agree with those who say that Claudia was better in the dance off but if they REALLY only looked at the dance off or even that particular dance rather than the overall ability then she wouldn't have made it past Blackpool - when she beat Greg in the dance off despite his QS being much better than her jive, so I don't think she can complain too much - it's swings and roundabouts

EDIT - I think the tour thing is rubbish, despite what James Jordan says. The judges wouldn't care about that. Their 'favourites' at this point last year were Kellie and Kevin and they weren't going on the tour.

I liked Louise from the start too, because of Kevin, who's done so well to get his previous partners to the final that I feel he deserves to win this year and Louise is a good dancer but I've like all of Danny's dances and Oti is such a fab choreographer that I can't choose between them .... such a shame we can't have two winners

a friend said that Louise's husband is a presenter on Sky, so do you think she might get lots of votes from Sky viewers and football fans

I don't think Danny should have gone over Claudia - just saying that if it was based on that DO, then he should have. However, Ore and Louise were the worst last night and should have fought it out in the DO. Claudia and Danny should have sailed through, IMO.

I agree about Louise. Re Claudia v Ore, I'd probably have put them about the same. I liked both of his dances, I think her rumba was worse than both of his and her QS probably better. Overall I think he's better though.

Although I think that Louise was probably the worst on the night - the public voted for her after the judges put her bottom, so some of the cries of "fix" about her getting through to the final (not here, but on the main board) don't even make sense.

Both Louise and Ore must have got more votes than Danny so it's only down to the public that he didn't sail through.

I do think that Danny has still got it in the bag - but at least his dance off appearance adds a bit of perceived uncertainty into the mix, unlike last year when everyone knew that Jay was a certainty.

EDIT - overall, it think that probably the right 3 are in the final (well, apart from it would have been good to have Ed there! ). People on the main board are saying that it would have been all 4 of them, if Will hadn't dropped out - but what that's failing to take into account is that it might have been Will in the final!

I thought her QS was a lot better than his. Whilst her Rumba had a few problems at least she danced it!! Joanne's Argentine Tango was fantastic - Ore did F all

But I don't like the guy and Joanne grates on me so we'll never agree on them lol.

But Ore shouldn't have been so high on the leader board. Had he been scored correctly then, IMO, he'd have been in the DO - as he should have been (with Louise.)

Yes, I think we'll have to agree to disagree on Ore. I quite like him. And I do think he's been better overall than Claudia, though I agree that her QS was better than his on Saturday.

I don't mind who wins now to be honest, but think that Danny will.

The one thing that I do always find myself pipping up with is that it's rubbish that the producers care about who wins - they really don't. They just care about ratings. It was total nonsense, for example, when people were saying that they wanted Ed out - I'm sure they loved the fact that he was so talked about and that that brought in viewers. I'm not saying that the judges don't have their favourites - they often do - personal preference is always going to creep into it - but I think it's a fallacy that there is some big conspiracy to engineer a particular result. I've worked on big shows of this ilk where the public vote is involved, and really, no-one cares who wins! It's all about the ratings.

Agree with you Wicks. I am not really fussed who wins but if I could choose one out of the three left it would be Danny and Oti as they just are a bit more exciting to watch and have a bit more of an edge in my opinion. Mind you I think that is probably more down to Oti's talent to be honest.

I definitely don't think the result is fixed but I do think it is bad when people can't get through to vote as the window to do it in is so short. How many votes could Claudia and AJ have lost on Saturday due to technical difficulties?

Was a bit put off Gorka on Saturday though, a friend pointed out how short his legs are (very). Now they are all that I can look at, my eyes are drawn to their shortness!

They were undermarked throughout the series by the judges, but not only undermarked they were underappreciated, as you say. No matter how brilliant the dance was, the judges would always seem to find something to pick up on and fixate on during the comments. And then even if they couldn't find anything technically wrong with it, they'd still justify deducting marks because of a lack of connection between them - sorry, they had just as much connection as any of the other couples, that's just a rubbish excuse. And for me the dance off was the final insult, in my opinion they should most definitely have been saved over Danny based on that dance - and then Bruno's reason for saving Danny and Oti was the emotional connection between them, well how exactly are you supposed to show some sort of intense emotional connection in a Quickstep - it's a happy, smiley dance, not an emotive, passionate dance like the American Smooth.

To be perfectly honest I'm not really fussed about the final at all now. And I have to agree that the judges marking was completely 'off' last night, which resulted in a completely inaccurate leaderboard and ultimately influenced who went into the final. Ore did hardly anything during that Argentine Tango and I simply can't comprehend how it was awarded 10s. I mean, think back to Claudia and AJ's Argentine Tango - so so much more technique in that and not a single 10!! Just ridiculous! Similarly, I didn't understand how Louise's Samba was worthy of a 10!

And that's my afternoon rant out the way!

The last time they changed the forum we got stuck with the blinding white background, which I needed to wear sunglasses to view, till some boffin sent me the link to change my forum skin back to how it was! Then we lost our lovely smilies and they got replaced with potato heads - we eventually got them back but lost my favourite; 'Mr Roll eyes' You need that smilie a lot more than you think around here lol.

I'm glad Neil and Katya have a cruise as well. I'm glad everyone is being given a chance. Sometimes they invite past celebs on the cruise as well as Artem has danced with Natalie Gumede. So maybe Gorka will get a celeb? Failing that Claire, Star or Patch could put their dancing shoes on.
