I feel a bit out of the loop - though I've heard of Will Young, I basically know nothing about him!
Lol, just for fun going to put you on the spot Brian!!
Don't worry though I won't shout or throw things at you if you say you prefer Will's version

Hahaha.Thanks Lozzer.
Gio looks absolutely petrified !!!! Is it because he scared of Lobsters??!!
Well at least his friends are keeping him well fed as we don't want him wasting away without his Georgia to cook for him do we now.

Such a shame about Sandy but Star & Lozzer give good advice!!
Think a 'first offence' will be treated leniently touch wood!!

Was hoping to PM her but a ban seems to block that which is fair enough I guess!!

Looking forward to your return Sandy!!

Well I watched the original then only half of Mr Young's version and that was more than enough for me to decide I much prefer the original! For a start, there's far too much 'mmmming' in Will's version for my liking!

It doesn't seem the same in here without Sandy - hope to see you back very soon!

Aw, hope she's on the mend soon!
Good evening, thanks Brian, she's struggling at the moment as it's her right hand, she's a teacher but the children are being very helpful

I have ordered a copy of Nella Last's War from Amazon !
Thank you for telling me about it.

Julian Clary was one of my big faves on Strictly - years ago he used to perform on the comedy circuit as the 'Joan Collins Fan Club' - he used to appear with a really sad looking dog called 'Fanny the Wonder Dog' - the dog used to sit on a stool and ignore him totally - we used to see him often at the Hackney Empire !
So funny but very, very risque ...
I loved watching him dance and wanted him to win.

According to his fan club downstairs Gleb is sincere, honest and everything that is remarkable - as I have often said he left me cold.
I found the rampant crab really, really embarrassing and vulgar.
Poor Anita looked like she was pulled through a hedge backwards.
This is not what I enjoy watching on Strictly.
You wouldn't get Matthew Cutler doing a move like that !

Hope your daughter in law is on the mend - my daughter's friend fell over a tree on Chiswick High Road and broke her leg in two places last week - she was slightly the worse for a great deal of alcohol at the time - everyone seems to keep breaking things lately.
hi Sandy, sorry to hear you've gone to "Bognor" hope you'll be back soon

I'm sure you'll enjoy the book, I could say a lot more about it but must try to stay on topic yes, I've always had a soft spot for Julian Clary and really liked his sense of humour, as you said it's "risque" but very funny, wish I could have seen him "live".

completely agree with your comments about the Rampant Crab and I can't imagine Matthew ever doing this move ... did enjoy his Hip Hop Samba with Aliona though and have watched it quite a few times

my daughter in law wasn't drunk at the time but was dismantling a wardrobe with the help of my son, somehow tripped over one of the doors and put her hand out to break her fall

we should all get one and wear it at all times then if we see someone walking down the street wearing it we will know he or she is from this thread!!
good idea, wouldn't it be strange if we passed other GG fans in the street without knowing, although I don't think anyone else lives in my part of the UK

RUBY Sorry I can't answer your post to me without all the rest of it coming down, anyhow sorry your daughter has sprained her wrist it can be as painful as a break, nice she has a pink CAST you mean POT of course, mine is blue now, not going into that again .)
hello, you can delete the part of the post which you're not replying to, yes, it was painful but she's pleased she's got a pink "pot" .... do they come in any other colours ?

I would do anything with that man, Ruby. ANYTHING
...... you do mean Gleb don't you have to admit that I wouldn't even want to do a "Gleb Special" with Giovanni

thud ..... as you're so good at posting photos I wonder if you could find the one where Gio is leaning against a door wearing a sleeveless hoodie, he's looking at the camera with such a lovely expression and I'd love to see it again sorry if that's not much help, but I'm sure someone will know which picture I mean ?

Thank you Alison. You're very kind.
Shall I tell you a secret?
(Whispers and leans in) Don't tell anyone else, but to be absolutely honest, I often wish that the puffa jacket had been given to an alpaca. I like them and I'm not actually that fond of goats ...
Unfortunately alpacas don't appear to do jackets although they are quite keen on a sweater http://epp-agweb.newscyclecloud.com/...&MaxW=520&q=85
It would have to be an alpaca though because llamas is just a whole new world of crazy. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com...aeec55ccb8.jpg
that made me LOL, then my son asked what I was laughing at and gave me such a strange look when I told him

Thank you for the information Star
Let's just say I feel a leetle bit happier now

Apologies if you have seen this photo of Gio and Gleb before but as I haven't I'm gonna post it

https://www.instagram.com/p/7T6qLiHy...iovannipernice
I hadn't seen that before so thanks for posting .... just gorgeous

18 "smilies" !!

Hi all just got back from holiday. So sorry I have not been on for a while.

Nice to see you are on part 3. Sorry that Georgia did not get through Strictly world cup.

Think that Georgia is doing more Trollied this week. Pity her casting has not been announced yet.

Mrs Glitterball these are so funny! Do you think that the llama has stolen the lovely Katie Derham's Showdance dress and is now ready to partner Anton in this years Strictly? The goat is not going to be happy! 😀Alicia

According to the original photo's caption, the llama is dressed up as Merlin. What can you say????

Thank you everyone who's posted links to Georgia and Gio photos and bits here tonight. It's been lovely to have lots of things to look at. Thank you.

Lewis, do you even read other people's posts?!

DS doesn't permit the discussion of banned members. It is against the rules and could get this thread in trouble as well so please, stop mentioning it!
