"It's the name on the front that counts, not the name on the back"

It probably sounded good in Mark Bowen's head.

And that's it for Wales.

Wales capable of great things on their day but in 2 or 3 games this tournament they've been quite poor.

Great tournament for them overall though.

Best team won. But, well done Wales for your performances and team spirit.

Well done Wales on an amazing tournament but this was a match too far and possibly Portugal's best performance yet. They're really good at suffocating games and this time they added the scoring touch too.

Hard luck Wales but it never really looked like happening tonight.

Ach well. Time to reflect. Great tournament for Wales. Portugal's midfield won the game tonight. They are energetic, screen their defence well and underrated even if they aren't quite as impressive as either of the other possible finalists.

They can hold their heads up and be proud though unlike bloody England

Maybe, but at least they were there.

Well done Wales, just didn't turn up tonight though. And well done to the supporters, you've done the country proud.

I think Portugal have been terrible this tournament! Sad for Wales, they should be very proud.

Well, I would hate to have to watch this game again. Neither side have looked good enough this match to be contesting the final of the Euros. Hopefully France or Germany will turn up for the final and play some quality football.

Now waiting to see whether the bitter anti-Wales posters will be able to drown out the bitter anti-Ronaldo posters.

The fans were magnificent.Team couldn't cope without Ramsey and Portugal stopping Allen's influence on the game so effectively. So proud of getting to the semi final and now let's qualify for the World Cup in Russia.
