What is Mel C doing these days? I know she's a mum, but aren't they all?

I hope it turns out well for them. Big Spice Girls fan at the time.

And God please Geri for getting involved, showing the world that us fifty year olds can still shake it with the best of them.

Given the circumstances perhaps "Fun Girl Three" would have been more appropriate.

If you're 50, I hope you have more to offer the world than that. Sheesh.

I own all their singles & albums and have them all on my iPod. I listen to them nearly every day. Best girl band ever in my opinion.

I am currently watching spice world the movie on comedy central, ooh good lord this is bad.

As much as i love them This movie is a prime example of how they sold out in such a short space of time by putting their name on anything and everything.

The acting is beyond the pale, but the script is just something else

You can't break the rules- Geri
Says who - mel b
Says Mr chess - Geri

Im literally watching behind my pillow here

I'm still not convinced they're called GEM and it's just three of them. That YouTube video they've done...in it they don't mention anything about calling themselves GEM or anything like that. All they say is thank you to the fans and that they'll tell us soon what will be happening. The video has been named GEM, but that might be just because only those three are in it. I still think that when they eventually do something Mel C will also be involved. Money talks and I think it will happen. Maybe I'm clutching at straws, it's just I can't believe that nobody within their label or management has told them how cringe and embarrassing it is for just the three of them to do something and call themselves bloody GEM.

Just watched it too and loved it!! Don't think it shows how they sold out at all I think this shows why they where so popular and shows them at the height of their fame

Its good light hearted film and some lines especially Victoria's are funny who I think is very good in this film. Its not meant to be an Oscar winning film take it for what it is a bit of light fluff for spice girl fans with their music in it. Seen it loads of times love it and massive spice girls fan

So this reunion has took a turn for the worse with mel c officially backing out and concentrating on her new album due out October instead.

In one way it's quite nice they are quite determined to go out and give the fans some nostalgia regardless of the circumstances, but the media will probably be ready to jump all over this in a negative way, which is a shame as they left on such a high in 2012.

If I were them I would cancel any plan to release new music and just do a one off concert at hyde park and they will probably pull that off ok

Maybe because I was 25 in 1096 and not 12, I never understood the appeal of spice girls and found them irritating”

It is such an honour to talk to someone who is 945 years old
