I couldn't it rejected me the second time. Message was

I get the thank you message, but as long as I log out of channel 5 and log back in, I can vote as many times as I choose.
I've done it 5 times in less than 12 hours. If I wanted to, I could spend all day and night submitting that poll.
ETA- when I say log in/log out, I put that badly. I don't physically log in or out. If I just close the page, and open a new one, that does the trick.

Try clearing your browser cache, Ann. Assuming you're using the website and not the mobile app.
