Clearly would make a great signing, and certainly an above average name by CBB's standards. We shall see however.

An all British cast would not work at all. Viewers on the whole like having a more diverse cast, it makes for better TV.

I don't know enough about her to decide if she would be a great HM or not.
I think that's the point though,if going by the replies in this thread if a large percentage of people don't even know who she is in this country perhaps the budget would have been better spent elsewhere?
