I doubt they will be able to hide it until tomorrow night somebody will spot them out.
Maybe it would be best to keep them in the house and do BOTS live.
Having to live 24 hours with the one you have thrown out/the ones who threw you out could make it interesting.

This vid of the HMs being told to get ready was posted more than 2 hours ago and even then it's likely the the actual event depicted took place 2 hours before that so it's entirely possible that the decision was made even before tonight's HLs started
Anybody who's in a position to leak the name will have to have access to a phone or tablet. That would rule out all HMs.

Well, in the video, BB says that everyone except the person they have chosen must agree with the decision. This will probably be to prevent housemates playing the hero by volunteering to go.
I hope the likes of Jason & Andy stick to their guns and don't go down the 'hollow victory' route, can see someone saying get rid of the weakest to make a strong final but losing someone from their side of the divide (which is a bit blurry to be fair), then getting turned on themselves, could be a complete mess.

No I think it's just clarifying they're not looking for a majority decision from the ones who get to remain, but a unanimous one.
