though you don't have to be the brain of Britain to imagine that they are exactly the type of people you are likely to find in the BB house, what did Andy hope that suddenly BB was going to switch into some sort of intellectual debating society just for his year?

I like him as a housemate, stirs up the clique!

This is what I like about him as I look down on most of the rest of the HMs too. He's a better than decent HM in my view, a far from perfect person but I certainly don't expect or want that. I'd rather he was there over just about all of them bar Hughie tbh which is ironic I suppose considering their negative feelings for each other.

I don't hate or love any of them, but he's been better value and contributed far more to the HLs and forum debate than most of the others.

The original concept of BB was to have to representative cross section of society. In the first BB, some HMs were intelligent, interesting people and their interaction was fascinating to watch. Now it's like a circus of loud, thick, attention seeking bores. I've witnessed more intelligent, perceptive interaction in a primary school classroom than the BB house. Andy must be climbing the walls trapped in a house with people who believe Rome was built in a day, using inflatable sheep skin. How could he not feel a bit superior?

I think most people would appreciate a few HMs with some intellect. Why do they always have to dumb down to the likes of Lateysha and Ryan. Apart from screeching, fake dramas and bitching they offer nothing.

I can't stand that patronising, faux soothing tone of voice he uses. He missed his calling, would've made a great Primary School teacher or vicar.

Because we all know that screeching and swearing gets people to listen to you more than a calm, reasoned approach.

The thick people in the house find his intelligence threatening, that's why they don't like him.

I could never understand how this James O'Brien wannabe was so apparently popular. He was a boring pain in the ass.

I had to google James O'Brien as the name means nothing to me and have no idea why you suggest Andy wants to be him Andy is very successful in his own right as a journalist and producer so why would he want to be someone I imagine most have never heard of?

Mind you clearly are a real bad judge as calling him boring and a pain on the arse in that House full to the brim with actual bores and actual pains in the arse clearly shows this.

I'll give you Ryan, but what's so bad about Evelyn? Or even Laura, as someone to be stuck in BB with? Chelsea can be a pain, but he also seems reasonably intelligent.

So why's Andy looking down on them? He's not exactly a joy to live with himself.

That represents an interesting development. Looking down on other HMs used to be one of the greatest 'crimes' a HM could commit. Now it's become a point in their favour.

(Can we rerun some past series, please, since this new view could completely change the outcome?)
