Interesting night for my longer term football betting

Newcastle losing gives Brighton a shot at going top tomorrow

Dundee United beating Hibernian means they draw level on points at the top with them of the Scottish championship

So my 4 team accumulator of Chelsea, Brighton, Plymouth and Dundee united doesn't look ridiculous unhealthy 2.50 might yet be paying 12 grand come next may

It couldn't happen could it

I think I have you to thank you davecue because I think somewhere earlier you said you waited for team news and chose your teams on the day. I used to look at the whole weekend and do everything together. So this week I gave my long lines a rest and I chose put them on individually or in a small group and keep an eye on the cash out. I couldn't stick around for the Celtic game so was relieved when I found out they actually won, then had Spurs, West Brom and Stoke they were comfortable so no need to cash out then in put the winnings on Arsenal and in a separate bet when Arsenal were comfortbale I put what I was going to win from the Arsenal game on Monaco which overall gave me 14/1 on the day. Could have gone pear shaped right at the beginning with Celtic because when I came home I read they were 2-0 down then crazily I think it went 2-2 - 3-2 - 3-3 all in the space of a few minutes and they scored in the last minute.

My goals under over were a disaster yesterday not even close had 3 wrong out of 12. Saved money not doing my long line, had Crystal Palace and Sunderland for draws although all bankers won this week.

I had a free £1 bet from Paddy Power for the in-shop betting machines. I did a longish punt on all the FA Cup games today to have 2.5 goals or more. They have all come in but have to wait on the Stourbridge v Northampton game which was postponed. Now being played on the 13th. Stand to win £186.

They will pay out on the games that have taken place

I wasn't sure about that DB, but thanks for the info. Though obv not as high return if I cash in now. I'll have a look to see what the return is as it stands.

No problem would think it will pay about 120

Yesterday I was lucky with Celtic coming from 2-0 down in a crazy game at Motherwell and me being out so I couldn't track the game, later my other teams won. Today I had my son and partner round for lunch checked the scores before we sat down. LIverpool leading 2-0 and could have cashed out £23.90 but thought I had plenty of time to get back to it later. Checked with 85 minutes gone and it was 3-3 what happened?

I heard Jamie Carragher say that Liverpool got caught on the counter attack chasing more goals when 3-1 up. I know Klopp wants to entertain but for goodness sake 3-1 away from home just play out the game.

Yes, a little over £121. Hmmm, what to do! I might just take the money and run. It's not a bad return on a quid. I would feel a lot worse losing 120 odd than losing 60 odd if the final game comes through on the night. I'll sleep on it.

I am not sure you get the choice it may already be settled the bet pretty sure postponements only stand with bookies if it played within about 48 hours.

Great result for a pound well done

Oh I see. Fair enough. In a way, I hope that's the case. It takes out the decision making for me. Thanks. I tend to do the over 2.5 goals and BTTS punts. It's not often they come in but nice when they do.

Had an acca yesterday.

Athletic Bilbao
Marseille
Sporting Gijon
Nice
Valencia

All came in, so in the 93rd minute I was just waiting for Valencia see out the game they were winning 2-1 against Malaga. It finished 2-2.

I've lost count of how many times this has happened to me. I could have cashed out with £130 at one point, but thought no, I'm going to see this out.

This seems a reasonable offer from Hills

The Champions League is back. It’s the final round of group matches.

Man City, Barcelona and Bayern Munich are in action tonight. We’re going 10/1 they all win by 2 or more goals.

Last round of group games is always a bit risky to bet on, teams already have their fate decided and playing weakened sides.

That Besiktas result is a a shocker though, considering they were still very much in the hunt for qualifying and Kiev were already out.

I have said that. I do it all the time on Six A Side. It's gotten me plenty of points. You can edit it up until kickoff.

I have never used that system for creating an accumulator, however, it might be worth a try. I know it's advised to look up team news before doing it to check on injuries.

So group stages of champions league over and Europa league almost done.

Noticed villireal 25/1 to win europa league however they need to win to get through tomorrow. Should beat steau Bucharest might be tempted with them and atletico Madrid to win the two tournaments

Bet365's risk-free bet is back for Man United vs Tottenham.

Normally, I do pre-match, BTTS, BTTS first half in-play, but I'm not so confident in this fixture, neither side are scoring a lot at the moment, and I don't think they concede a whole lot, either. I might just wait until half time to place the in-play bet.

Yes they are both quite safety first at the moment gut feeling says a scoring draw
