I had a feeling England would be the one to ruin the bet, but then they get a very late winner. Bloody Poland let me down, drew 2-2 after being two goals up. Germany and Scotland are still to play...

My earlier coupon beat if you do a minimum £20 treble on the World Cup qualifiers with Victor chandler you get another 5 pounds free bet.
Germany, Rumania and Scotland looks a possible treble |

Just seen on FB, someone won £2,300 on Marcus Rashford scoring a hat-trick for England U21 against Norway U21, at odds of 100/1.
I wish I had seen that bet available at those odds, I'd have put a few quid on it. It wouldn't have occurred to me that he'd have been at 100/1. |

I think I have a new favourite bookmaker. I registered with MarathonBet in January, when LFC partnered with them. They were offering 6/1 for Liverpool to score anytime away to West Ham, don't know the max bet, but would guess £5 or £10. Liverpool did not score.
![]() I got told by someone that they were offering considerably better odds than other places, including Bet365 and Betvictor for accumulators. I went check to for myself. This is the accumulator I did on Bet365 the other day: 6-fold, all to win Man United vs Man City - Man City Arsenal vs Southampton - Arsenal Burnley vs Hull - Hull Stoke vs Tottenham - Tottenham West Ham vs Watford - West Ham Liverpool vs Leicester - Liverpool This is roughly 87/1 on Bet365, £5 returns £435.25 I just made those same selections on MarathonBet, and they're offering 101.44/1. A £5 stake would return £507.24. Other bookmakers: Sky Bet 82.85/1 William Hill 79.68/1 BetVictor 99.71/1 BetVictor are also offering nice odds for it, actually. Having simulated a few other accumulators between Bet365 and MarathonBet, MarathonBet regularly comes out on top, by some distance. If you can overlook the rather ugly looking website it seems best placed for accumulators. The Manchester Derby is the one I'm least confident with, especially now that Aguero is suspended. On MarathonBet I did a similar acca, with the other five selections, but over 2.5 goals for the derby, in an attempt to cover my bets. Half of my selections are away, and one of the home selections is the ever unreliable Liverpool, against the current champions. And one of the away teams is Hull City, who are full of surprises at the moment, against Burnley, who showed Liverpool how dangerous they can be at home. It's not an acca I'm full of confidence with. Looks like I'll be sticking to MarathonBet for most of my accumulators now. It is an ugly website, though, but at least CTRL+F works.

Thanks Munch, will check it out
Another one that I was unaware of is bet 365's bore draw offer: To add to the great value, our Bore Draw Money Back Offer will apply throughout the season. Place a pre-match bet on any Correct Score, Half-Time/Full-Time or Scorecast markets for any Soccer match and if the game finishes 0-0, we will refund your stake if the bet loses. T&Cs apply. |

Sky Bet Facebook page just posted this:
Place a pre-match bet of up to £25 on Swansea v Chelsea (min. odds of 1/5). Once the game starts, place another bet on any Swansea v Chelsea In-Play market (up to the same value as your pre-match bet with minimum odds of 1/5). If your first In-Play bet loses we'll refund it as cash to the same value of your biggest pre-match bet, up to £25. https://www.skybet.com/lp/in-play-offer-25 I've got to thank Bet365 for encouraging their competitors to do these.

So; Man United vs Man City - United Arsenal vs Southampton - Arsenal Burnley vs Hull - Hull Middlesborough v Crystal Palace - Draw Stoke vs Tottenham - Tottenham West Ham vs Watford - West Ham Liverpool vs Leicester - Liverpool Pays around 166/1 Slightly off-topic, the odds on Brook to beat GGG 2mmrw are terrible. He should be at least 7 or 8. The bookies are really running scared these days. I've only put £10 @ 5/1 on sky bet. Not that I expect to see the money back but still.... |

Yep, the competition between bookies at the moment is cutthroat. Fantastic for us punters

I think I'll wait a while before betting on either of those two teams. 'boro in particular let me down a lot last season. They kept deciding to not win whenever I needed them to. It's weird that I'm also backing a team to win away at Stoke. I wouldn't have done that before Mark Hughes came along. Quote:
I think this offer for selected customers sadly I haven't had an email
I am a regular punter with them, so I don't know if that'd work in my favour. Some bookies don't like it if you only use them for their offers. |

Mmm, that's seems incredibly generous odds. I just checked and he's 80-1 to get one tomorrow which would seem much more difficult.
Good for him though. |

Been anywhere nice did you back Leicester to go down , this should be in the betting thread I know
. Actually I'll take this to the betting thread ..I didn't back Leicester to go down unfortunately. I did check a few months back and they were actually at 40/1 to go down and, inevitably, I didn't have any money to take that bet. The odds crashed down to around 16/1 fairly soon afterwards and have remained around that level so it's not really been worth doing as you'd need to stick £30 or £40 quid or more on them to make it really worthwhile. That said .. just checking on oddschecker and 365 currently have them at 25/1 to go down so if you've got a spare £20 quid (or more..) laying around, I'd certainly jump on it before it changes. http://www.oddschecker.com/football/...gue/relegation I can't/won't do it myself as I've actually quit

As if to prove a point, 365's odds on Leicester going down are now back down to 14/1.

Well, I've never posted here before but I look at 40 leagues for particular bets and this is two for me today. Fwiw, I use Kelly staking so I never have to worry about things getting out of hand
![]() Czech 1: FK Jablonec - Lay home Turkey 1: Rizepor: Lay home (if you don't usually lay, the alternative is to Dutch the draw and away) The other one I'm still checking out is Norway 1 - a team brilliantly called Odd, who may well get some kind of result at Lillestrom .. |

Quitting betting isn't easy so for whatever reason you are doing it good luck
![]() ![]() It's long overdue, although the worst one to leave behind was 365 due to the in-play offers - I didn't really see those as gambling due to the guaranteed money but i think it would have defeated the point if i'd left that door open! |

Ignore this if you posted on it before but many leagues are free to join and you can still win Manager of the month prizes if you start now. Maybe a good way of easing out of betting rather than going complete cold turkey..... |

Good luck Jason!
In terms of season bets i copied Makosi and took Everton at 100/1 to win and I think it was around 14s for a top 6 |
