The first 7 minutes would be hilarious, then it would become a little worrying, then disturbing, before descending into heartbreaking viewing.

I'd like to think there's a degree of self-awareness and self-deprecation, though - that he's partly sending himself up rather than being completely serious. Like with the punch bag... I'm sure he was partly making fun of himself there, saying "I'll show you how it's done" and then getting a sore hand in the process!

by the end of the doc I imagine we would have him breaking down in tears saying "I could have been a contender", followed by him throwing his wig on the fire and defiantly stating that he will now go wigless
