A cheap android that doesn't overheat and lag?

Does such a thing exist at the moment? It rules out quite a lot of the Qualcomm range, 808, 617, 615

Define 'cheap'

I've a OnePlus X which is £200 and neither lags or overheats.

You could get a good S5 refurb with that budget.. Ive had my s5 since release and still a great phone and I use my phone for more than facebook

I've had mine for well over 2 years and it's still going strong.

I would recommended changing the launcher for something like Nova Launcher though as Samsung's Touchwiz I feel slows this great phone down a little and also adds a lot of customisation.

A man of my own taste... +1 on that comment Touch wiz holds the phone back

What about Moto G 3rd Gen, does that overheat and lag?
