I dont think the answers to the questions though were in some weird foreign language, wasnt it the question about the Bronte sister novels? Hardly anything that is difficult to get off the tongue. On the other side of this, I have seen the Captain take an answer from one of the the team and then give it incorrectly to Paxman, who has then said person X was correct but you must have misheard. Much safer to nominate if you're not sure.

Edwards was indeed on storming form, so much so that you wonder how on earth SOAS managed to get beat first time out. Teams so dominated by one individual do tend to be at a bit of a disadvantage against ones where everyone pitches in, but even so, I'd say they're going to take some beating. (In a series where there haven't been any really stand out teams.)
