Can't download apps Samsung

Unable to download apps on my Samsung 10.1? I've tried using play store and market but no joy. Any help please?

Error while retrieving information from server DF-DLA-15 it says. Not sure if it worked before. as it's second hand. I am the person who asked the question for some reason DS gave me a new account
