It seems to be the popular view to hate Annihilation Week

But i'm finding this really enjoyable, watching the politics of the house play out in a roundtable situation. Guess I'm just a boring old git.

It's terrible. It goes against everything the show is about.

I don't mind it to an extent. Thought Chelsea took it brilliantly well

Maybe so, but the format is essentially dead - not many shows can run for this long and not eventually peter out, I'm glad there's something a bit different and interesting going on.

No it's a farce because housemates AND the public are being so easily manipulated by the editing & pathetic polls. It's the lowest BB has ever got & I doubt it can ever get any lower. It's SHIT!!

I wouldn't mind it so much if there were some genuine shocks and people like Lateysha kicked out, but it's been somewhat predictable so far.

As long as it is face to face then it will be predictable. The Producers have made it face to face simply because it can easily be manipulated when so many people are talking & giving opinions. The immunity task we saw this evening was a farce. The bulk of people seemed to want Jane to receive immunity & suddenly the decision was reversed. Lateysha was at fault, she should have let everyone have their say but she stopped the count.

Face to face is a farce because some of the quieter ones are being 'bullied' in to voting a certain way where in the diary room in private they would probably vote how they want to themselves!!

This week would have been fine by me if we had not already had a lot of time spent on polls and questions on who is the most this, who is the most that...yawns.
To make matters even worse, Mr Smugface will be there next week.

Tonight's episode was enjoyable, but when the HMs actually evict someone, out of a back door, with no public vote, no proper interview (Chelsea had to wear the same clothes on BOTS the next day to keep up the facade of it being live to perhaps the few unthinking folk) it is just depressing and sad.

I don't think more than one housemate (in some special case maybe) should leave the house as the HMs choose it (none should really, but definitely not more than one.) Either the public vote for the winner or they don't vote at all and it's Lord of the Flies we're watching ()....???

I hated that Chelsea got evicted. Like him or loathe him he was a comedy character.

Hating it isn't popular enough.

It's much worse than some things that have resulted in an explosion of complaint.

I like it because it's exposing people. I always like regular evictions too, but it's not like I was ever gonna vote and waste my money, so however it goes down...

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I couldn't really care less about Annihilation Week, as long as it doesn't include phony forced romances.

Once is fine, if it was just Monday. It's just stirring up needless drama when this bunch are already volatile enough to argue a lot. The new twst could be interesting if the right person comes out with the power though.

Still hated, I am thinking I come back next week to see the final instead...

No way should Chelsea have gone like that.
I didn't like him much but he was more of a character than almost anybody else still in there, and he was ejected by other housemates just like that?
Not good enough BB. Not good enough.

It's not right that the HM's have the power to decide........of course there's a clique, so of course the clique are going to pick off the HM's who weren't/aren't in their nasty wee clique.
Once again the producers have done away with a fundamental part of the show.......we the public decide........not any longer it would appear!

I'm more relaxed now Andy has immunity, but I still hate the whole concept of this Annihilation Week Twist...
It goes against everything that's Big Brother. Though saying that, Our Big Brother died years ago

It's horrendous.

Once again the producers seem to think that messing with the HM's heads and being nasty automatically creates good TV. It seldom does. Just as it's meaningless to us when they get messages from home or visits from friends (sigh) so too are these little tasks.

This week is just a frantic scramble to get the show ready for a hastily arranged finale. Bad planning by the production team should not be applauded, especially when it involves throwing away the fundamental rule of BB (the GP choose who's evicted NOT the HMs).

Bury this show now. Channel 5 have clearly no interest in resuscitating it.

I'm finding it boring AF. And Jackson declaring himself the foreman is pissing me off.

Yeah it's not like it was even entertaining! It was just..."What the...what? Really? He's just going to leave in the middle of the day through the diary room? Harsh!"

Yesterdays programme was a borefest - Andy immune yawn.
If the producers want to end it why dont they have annhilation afternoon and wrap it up in a couple of hours.
