Jackson knows who would cover his back in a similar situation & it would have been Andy.

The bedroom crew could be getting nervous 😁

Can't scoff at those leadership skills folks. The labour party are looking for a leader y'know (A crying laughing smiley would be apt... but at the same time... really was impressive! Andy and supporters of Andy should be giving Jackson some big hugs & gratitude right now!)
If I was 10 years younger I give Jackson more than a hug for stepping up for Andy

It did seem a very quick turnaround.

It's a typical edit in some ways though. Make the audience think it's going one way, and then go in the opposite direction.

I would've loved to have seen the discussion in full. Would've been very interesting.

Evelyn and Laura would have never picked Andy over Jayne if it was in a Diary Room situation !
I think Laura would have saved Andy anyway, but not so sure about Evelyn though! Plus Alex really wanted to save Andy and not Jayne, I was surprised how little Jason said and like he said afterwards to Andy it would have been easier for him to have saved Jayne because the bedroom bitches would still have been after Andy and not him! I think Jason was very close to saving Jayne actually!

I do think if Jackson had not stood up for Andy that Jason would have let the others save Jayne and he would have told Andy he couldn't stop them!

Jackson's got fingers in both pies (cliques) and is playing the long game, making and keeping allies.

Jackson saw the pack mentality against Andy and did not like it at all, hence why he stood up & closed them down.
:
It may be partly to do with that but he may also thinking about his own position in the game. Take charge, steer people the direction you want and keep your mates in. He may need their backing in the future.

He'll do anything to hold on to Andy, Alex and Jason.

Not knocking him. Anyone with a bit of sense would. I'm just impressed that he's managing it and making it look easy.

Last night was somewhat impressive but tonight. That boy is no fool. And he's got balls. Would have been so easy to sit back when you're safe and let the Bedroom Crew have their way.

I'm reconsidering him again. Maybe ucragirl is right....maybe he is a visionary.
Visionary may be stretching it a bit, but he's definitely smart. What he did took guts.

So that's what Jackson meant in the garden earlier when he said to Andy he'd always fight his corner.

Must have been very hard for Jayne and Andy to watch it all... Though I am sure the difficulty was lightened marginally by the knowledge that neither of them were at that moment getting anything negative, just one of them something positive. (There is the implication the other person is likely to leave though, so of course, sorrow to it too.) Andy's reaction to Jackson, watching and when they came back into the room seems to imply we saw the turning point of the discussion I think though!

Jackson's got fingers in both pies (cliques) and is playing the long game, making and keeping allies.
True, he isn't enemies with anyone. At the same time, I'm not sure taking the leading role always wins you friends....

No they will now just go after Jason, Evelyn and Laura, which is a shame because I want most of the bedroom bitches gone! Let's hope that BB has some more twists and turns yet because no way will Jackson be standing up to save Laura and Evelyn as it seems he wants them gone more than anybody and Lateysha won't save them over her bitches!

Yes this is true because although Jackson is friends with Lateysha and her bitches I think he knows they could pick him off too and so is keeping in with Jason, Andy and Alex too!

I've always rather liked Jackson (apart from the street patois) but now I hope he wins.

Glad he stuck by his promise to Andy that he'd fight for him.

Impressive stuff tonight!

But I would like him to take a bit of a backseat now since the others will soon tire of him been the leader and turn on him.

I doubt they have grounds to be getting nervous when it is THEM he has manipulated. If they let that happen then there's only one BB winner!

Jackson controls the house because he has worn them all out.

Nobody wants the headache of him walking around in circles shouting out in a butchered patois voice for 20 minutes with a limp. So they just give into him like some parents do with a child that plays up.
I haven't seen him do that for about 10 days now - since the night Georgina left I think!

Because I think ultimately he's not the Nottingham street kid he pertains to be. He's got good manners at times and can speak quite eloquently. There's more to him than meets the eye. I'm still undecided on him though
Yes, I said similar yesterday. Underneath that idiot facade there's a well-spoken young person who knows how to put a sentence together - he used to show it more in the DR but now it's been released into the house

It may be partly to do with that but he may also thinking about his own position in the game. Take charge, steer people the direction you want and keep your mates in. He may need their backing in the future.

As long as Jackson does the leading, he's leading them all away from even considering bringing him into the equation He's no fool!

He's certainly doing well though, kudos to him.

I don't think he'll win, but I'd say guaranteed top 3. This forum has given him a hard time (even though it seems to be changing now), but outside of here he seems very popular.

Yes, there's definitely been a bit of a shift there.

I liked him pre-Georgina and now I like him post-Georgina. I just didn't like him and how he became a snivelling protozoa when he was with her, or that he allowed himself to become one.

I started appreciating Sam more when he seemed to quieten down and back away from the gang a little bit. He had some proper conversations with other housemates - including Andy - and also took the lead in one of the tasks in tonight's show.

His mistake was in behaving like some of the people he was hanging with, when I think he's probably a quieter person than that.

That's right. They've all seen what he's like when things don't go his way, so they give in because they feel intimidated by him. His intimidation strategy has paid off.

LOL thank you Wee.He has got the skills, the vision and strategy. He knows saving Andy puts Jane in the firing line as the weakest link for the next eviction. Also being a game player is not neccessarily bad as most housemates think.

There is a difference between intimidation and leadership. He is a leader and lays the strategy and they agree because it the right one.
