Apparently TV snobs such as John Whittingdale would have killed shows such as Strictly.

A good job that he's not likely to be Culture Secretary in May's Cabinet, let's hope Jeremy Hunt does not stage a comeback either.

Ah well. There had to be an upside to exiting the EU. The pound may have fallen but Brexit vote can take credit for Strictly survival.

The Tories won't stop until they have grinded the BBC into dust, this is the price for support from Murdoch. They will also grind into the ground anything else that helps the last fortunate in our society (i.e ALL public services) Utter T**ts
