if you just found out your about 3 years behind since it was mentioned a couple of times when he did SCD

I remember him mentioning this a couple of times on SCD, I think it's only partial hearing loss but enough for him to be significantly deaf.

As a Gloucester Rugby fan I saw Ben play many times for his club, Northampton "back in the day" his hearing loss was well known amongst the rugby community. It didn't stop him from becoming a phenomenal player, though.
