Because Emma has been evicted and her pic is darkened, and Andy is immune.

Red means you are nominated, not evicted. Black and White means evicted

Because the other 2 are Emma and Andy, Andy is immune so not nominated and Emma is out of the house, when they leave their pictures turn black and white
