What date does normal BB finish? (I'm going away on 27th. Thought I'd be away for it, but maybe not!!?!)

I don't watch CBB unless there is someone particularly that I'm interested in (Rylan's one was the last time I watched.)

That hour at midnight is going to clash with the major action at the Olympics which gets into swing after midnight.

Bloody typical, but I am not missing he Olympics.

I should think so too!
But won't get my hopes up till it's here as they'll probably change their minds again!

This is great news. Will have to record, though. Too late for me.

Live feed usually crap that late at night.
Adverts. Birds Tweeting. Only focusing on about 2 housemates.

Damn, was thinking of ditching CBB this year as it's just the same old crap each and every episode. I feel it's ten times more contrived than the normal one. But an hour of live feed is very appealing.

Because they are done with regular BB now.

I would honestly rather the show got cancelled now, then i can at least have a bit of hope that it will return in the future some day to a different channel. Channel 5's goal is to kill off regular BB for good, without it, there is no BB for me.

I personally think BB will be regretting the decision to end this series early. Last night got the highest rating since Day 2. C5 obviously panicked with lower ratings (even though it was always higher than last year) and made the decision. However, it looks like now LI and the Euro's are finished, it has the potential to do as well as BB14 in the last 2 weeks.

Last nights 1.4m is the type of rating BB14 got.

But it is too late now to extend this series.

They are mental. Surely they knew BB would rate slightly lower than usual clashing with Love Island and the Euro's. The ratings were still doing better than last year even with the clash. Now that the Euro's and Love Island have finished, it's bringing in a few more viewers.

Channel 5 really do come across as an amateur channel to be honest. They seem to panic and don't actually think before making decisions.

People are excited at just one hour of this now. Job done for CH5 I guess. They'll probably tell them they are on so they play it up for that hour.
