He could be looking at Jayne.
No, the clues are obvious. Jackson pressed the button and he evicted Lateysha. He even said "Kill or be killed" in the diary room. There's even a picture floating around of him with his hand above the button and the HM's looking shocked.

Sam wouldn't look like he's about to cry over Hughie. It's definitely Lateysha.
and it's Jackson that did it.
Yeah, you can see Lateysha nodding with the whole "I fine with it" act but then she loses it later and tells the person who pushed it that they "dont understand" and "will be the next one out"

It's very much 'say what you see' at all times with Hughie. When he was saved he screamed yes. I wouldn't be vaguely surprised when, if evicted, he would scream 'no'. We don't know how much later the hug happened - or why and in what context.
Judging by that Jason evicted Jayne.
