It wasnt clear who (if he hadnt) would have got it, but he was hot fav for eviction from most of them, both from last weeks noms (only one to face the vote last Friday still in and the viewer poll task this week), so he KNEW he was at severe risk and he was FULL STOP - so to STAY IN THE GAME he had to do what he did!

What would make him greedy and a liar would be pressing the button and lying when saying he didn't give a **** about the money. If he later said he could help a lot of people, that sounds like the same sort of spin Jackson's trying. In any case, it wasn't why he pressed the button unless he lied about the money not being a factor.
