Did anyone else notice that Jason had his hands at his sides instead of behind his back when the alarm went, so he was able to get to the buzzer more quickly?

I thought Jackson hit the button first, i would love to see that task in slow motion, i notice the task isnt on the web site yet.

He was 't the only one and why is it cheating?

I thought they all had their arms by their side.

Unless BB had specifically told the HMs that they had to have their hands behind their back before the alarm went I fail to see how Jason cheated.

If it comes that it wouldn't even have been cheating if he had had his hands resting on the buzzer as the alarm went off

The first thing I did was play it back in slow motion on my remote, and it looked like Jason was well behind Jackson.

The footage we saw, from what I recall, was all chopped about, it was hard to tell as they kept focussing on one then the other. Hard to know what the real sequence was, it seemed to be a tight finish between Jackson and Jason, negligible.

In the end, it's just a game so unimportant in the grand scheme of things!

Probably clever use of technology in the editing suite and the reason why they didn't show the task live. BB knows they can only go so far and cheating someone out of £20.000 breaks every rule in the book.

It's getting kinda ridiculous around here - every day there seems to be another of these ''Jason did ****** and he's blah blah'' threads.
The man can't take a deep breath without being accused of stealing someone's oxygen!
They are ALL in that house to play a game, some play it better than others and that's a fact.
IMO Jason is one of the most decent HM's in there and I hope he is there till the end.

Well said. Didn't Jason breathe too hard yesterday? Is that fair when everyone has to share the limited oxygen in the house? Charlie was right all along how dare he feel entitled to win as equally as everyone else. Who does he think he is, a young person?

Evelyn was the only one with their hands not at their sides. That was a gesture by her of "I'm definitely not going to press it". Both Jason and Jackson were looking at the button intensely. They were both definitely going to press it. A factor in Jason getting there first may have been that he didn't bring his hand up too high and used the flat of his hand, whereas Jackson raised his hand higher and used a fist. Laura also brought her hand up too high and therefore had further and longer to reach the button.

Jason had black sleeves with a black background area, so we can't clearly see any arm movement. He didn't raise his hand very high up. He pressed the button in the most efficient and quick way. If you look at Sam's sideways head movement in both camera viewpoints, you can see that Jason did get there first.

Does anyone remember when BB first started doing these button press tasks years ago?
Housemates used to wait for ages before anyone pressed. Sometimes even as long as a minute.
Too slow nowadays. They know someone is going to press so nowadays some of them must think rather them than somebody else. Better to predict that your opponent is going to make a play so you have to.
This is actually a real 'thing' called Game Theory.

So what? They were not instructed where to put their arms or hands. And others also pressed their buzzers.

Does it matter? Seriously - some perspective... It's a game show.

If you're bugged about THIS part of the show being contrived - woah...

Jason was staring at the button and listening for the signal while the other dumbos were looking ahead. Now we're stuck with the miserable sod until the final I reckon.
