I'm hoping Jason gets cheered on Friday night. That will worry the others, especially Laura and Jackson.

Not sure they could've. Jason was to the side and partially hidden. Jackson was centre stage. The camera angles were limited.

I disagree - he is near the top on all polls and top in some. His odds are shortening with the bookies too. I think by evicting Lateysha he has turned things around.

It did look like Jackson was quicker, it also looked like Jason's hand fumbled and he hit it again as the first hit only looked like his hand was on the edge of the button and maybe didn't press it properly.
Was probably nothing in it really and giving it to Jason definitely gave a more entertaining result

Agreed.
The others did dramatic up and over movement so their hands were way above the buzzer - that was a waste of time. The others also pressed and released their buzzers - Jason pressed and held his down ...so if the system was recording which button was showing as being pressed WHEN the start buzzer went off... Jason would be identified as the winner.

Jason was nowhere near favourite to win, probably still isn't. But he's 20,000 richer. Since when has someone that old won the normal BB? Lateysha has thousands of twitter followers, with her gone Jason's chances have increased at least. I don't think Jason thinks he ever had a chance of winning. Even taking some of the prize money makes that less likely.
And I don't think he pissed away any image, he was never friends with Lateysha and she would have evicted him, so he evicted her first.

The oldest winner of civilian BB was Cameron who was 32 when he won BB4, closely followed by Luke A (BB13) who was 31 and Aaron (BB12) who was 30
I loved the way Laura kept bringing her hands up and then pretending to scratch her nose , she was gagging to be first .
