The base of what he's got isn't too bad. Its just the expressions and body language that really makes him look awful.

He is like the "missing link" only one step away from dragging his knuckles on the floor. That haircut & beard just add even more to that look. Personally I find him creepy, both in appearance & personality.

Sorry to go on about this but I am still finding it very difficult to see him as a 23 year old.

Joking aside, he does look about 48. He has deep lines on his forward and lines and bags under his eyes. Also deep creases either side of his nose.

I'm not being funny but does he have a disease that makes him look older???

Too boring for this show, ppl slam Alex but what has sam actually done? He even had a storyline set up for him with Ryan there and has still not done anything

Also I would like to see some evidence to these straight men he's apparently turned as I would imagine it's more likely he's turned gay men straight
