he'd have to have extensive plastic surgery (do they do head transplants???), then we'd get to the hard bit, a complete overhaul of his vomit-inducing neediness, after that it would be essential to give the cowardly little creep some sort of backbone

He has a very odd shaped head that is all hair and a pair of rubber lips attached. He also has a very low forehead which doesn't help.

He must look better in person.
I always imagine he smells (not in a good way). He just looks grotty. His hair looks like a nest for creepy crawly things and his beard is just so scruffy. A bit of grooming would help but you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear
