Transfer from Orange to EE PAYG
I got an EE SIM card from a local shop and phoned up Orange to transfer my number and credit to the new EE SIM card. They said it would take up to 48 hours. The credit was transferred after about 12 hours but it is now 25 hours and the number has not yet transferred. So that means I have to carry around two phones. Incoming calls arrive on the old phone but to make outgoing calls I have to use the new phone.
Is it usual for numbers and credit to be transferred at different times? Or will the number not be transferred now and I need to complain? |

Have you tried turning them both off?
