So basically, the rich/poor thing is entirely dependent on which order they are called to the Diary Room in. If they want to cause arguments, the concept itself would do that without doing the 'only two spaces' thing.

C5 haven't got the budget for a set of bars to separate the house so they have decided on a psychological rich and poor divide.

I've never had much money and had to save and do with out my whole life, so I'd choose poor as I'm just used to being somewhat poor.
