It's a totally different scenario. The 20k was already taken out of the pot. The 5k wasn't. Plus there was an eviction threat for someone attached to the 20k option.

Of cause he would, it's so easy to say that after the event, at-least Laura said she wanted the 20K and not a mention of splitting it with anyone.

People who don't like Hughie are ignoring the facts. You might have plenty of reasons not to like him but not justified on this occasion...and he didn't actually get anywhere near his usual explosive rants.
