Who here would honestly turn down 5k for the sake of strangers?
They're not even going to care next week. Andy just said "it's not a big deal."
i.e. they've been given 5k and that's that. That's why the others are so angry, they think it should have been them. LAURA REGRETS HER DECISION!!! |

Nothing wrong with it, just be honest and consistent with your reasons, which is something Jackson has not been!

I probably wouldn't have taken it, mainly because I would assume some kind of twist.
Also, living with the same people for a few weeks they wouldn't feel like strangers. I would absolutely have pressed the button for 20k though. |

I'd take the money but I wouldn't have been having a go at someone else for doing it the previous night and saying id never take any money.
CosmI'm not a hypocrite. |

I wouldn't turn it down, 5k would really help me out right now. The thing is, if i had taken the 20k yesterday, i would have taken another 5k the day after as well.
If i entered, i would be entering for myself, i wouldn't give a damn what the HM's would think of me. |

I'd take the cash, I'd have taken the 20 as well, if take any kind of payment.
I'd play the game as well, because that's exactly what it is, a game. |

I'd take it in a heartbeat. The others just didn't want to look bad and ruin their chance to get to the final.
Andy is right about Jackson though, should have just owned up to wanting it instead of coming up with an excuse. |

I don't think they care so much about taking the money but both Jackson and Alex said the night before they never would do that.
If someone took it who was always open about the fact they would take any money offered the rest would accept it. |

If I'd been Jason, I would have pressed the button and evicted Lateysha. No question, that was about survival. I would not have taken the £5000. That was just taking money from the winner, who is the only one to deserve it.

I would have done both. My family are more important to me than a bunch of wannabe strangers.

It's a game to win money something some of those idiots have failed to grasp.

I'm not normally a fan of Alex and Jackson but of course you would take the 5 grand. Anyone who doesn't is just bothered what he public would think. Yes Alex was hypocritical but Ryan and Jackson didn't do anything wrong. Take it. Why live poor just to try and be friends with everyone and look good in the publics eyes

I'd have taken it, and the £20k given half a chance but I'd have been up front about the fact I'd always take the money if ever it was offered.

i wouldn't have taken the money in this instance simply because i wouldn't believe Big Brother. The poor/rich test is an old trick used to see how people behave greed-jelousy-pride etc. I wouldn't fall for it. There is always a hidden twist/point with tests like that. The outcome of choosing luxery always have a bad consequence. It's completely different from the button press from the night before though were the rules were clear. I would have hit that buzzer since it had to be pressed regardless. The money was not going to stay in the prize fund. And in Jasons position Hell yes! He was about to get his head chopped off so well done.

Depends if you're driven by money or not. The point of the experiment is to show that money doesn't bring happiness. Mo' money mo' problems... Media tells us it's what we need but those who get it tend to be the most unhappiest. Yes it can afford us the ability to choose how we live but most people need the safety net of boundaries and money breaks those down.
They're all quite young, as you mature (if you mature) you tend to realise there are more important things in life. Just because someone's a stranger, should we just be selfish and stab them in the back? Or are you saving them from the responsibility of winning too much money? I know it's only 5k but the mindset is the same. |

I would have taken it. My main reason is that I don't trust any of them and I would kick myself if I didn't take it and some else did.
Had my close friends or family been in the house with me then of course I would not have taken the money. |

tactically its not good , if u think you have a chance of winning best turn it down.
if you need the money and don't think your going to win like i would if i was in there id push it all day long. 5k to me and my hubby is life changing to us right now. if u have no chance of winning and leave with nothing it would suck. its funny though the public taking the moral high ground to and suddenly up Jason and Evelyn arss the same public who are having go at alex and jackon would be the same ones who would take it themselves. also still worshiping overrated saint Hughie even though he pressed the button for the 20k |
