Just to be clear, unlike the £5K each task, picking the £20K was not going to make the winner's prize fund any smaller. BB said that the £20K would be coming out of the prize fund regardless of whether anyone pushed the button or not.
There was no ethical dilemma on taking the money on that occasion. The only reason not to go for the money is if you felt unable to be responsible for evicting someone. However, the way I see it, even if you didn't feel like a prime target as Jason did, it would still be worth going for the button to try to ensure that someone you liked and didn't want to go wasn't evicted. The only way to be sure that someone who you didn't mind being evicted was evicted was to go for the button. It was a no-brainer, really. I'm surprised more people didn't go for it!

He said that the money would "do some good". Which implies that he has someone in mind for it. I don't think he's going to be selfish with it.
I think, in choosing Lateysha that he was acting the opposite of tactical. He knew he would make enemies of the house, perhaps even the public, but he didn't feel comfortable evicting somebody he had no real problem with when there was one person in the house who he had never got on with from the start. He made the brave choice and, even if I'd liked Lateysha (and I wasn't that keen), I would not have held it against him.
