Tonight's show has been renamed "Big Brother: The Evictions"

Due to the tragic events last night in Nice, "Massacre" has been ditched from tonight's title.

"The Evictions" signal more than one departure tonight or will it just be tonight's evictee joined by Chelsea and Lateysha?

Emma is due to interview Chelsea, Lateysha & the latest evictee who leaves tonight. So only one will be leaving tonight

Massacre would always have been an insensitive word. There have been so many actual massacres in the past and will continue to be in the future that it would still have been inappropriate even if this particular one hadn't happened.

I am pleased they have renamed it. The events in France are horrific and my thoughts go out to all those affected.

Thanks.

But is that the reason they named it again? When I saw the change in thought it was because massacre meant a lot and there's only 1 going.

Either wat RIP to all! Tragic and devastating news

You have to draw a line somewhere, otherwise everything could be deemed insensitive. However, as the attack happened only yesterday, changing the word 'massacre' was a good call.

It is an insensitive word given the circumstances - but also was misnamed anyway seeing as only 1 HM is going anyway - I imagine it was going to be renamed after they scrambled around trying to change everything post Lateysha eviction
